No-one who cares for making those lovely bikes?
I'd really like to have them ingame, especially the Spartacus one (could also be made into a RR bike?)
Btw, a minor question. Can i add frames and stuff and see how they look in the selection screen? Instead of adding them to the custom bikes and not see them?

Isn't Cancellara's bike already a RR one? 
About your question, you need to take a picture of the equipment and save it as .tga, then edit STA_equipment/Local.cdb to link the picture and the equipment.

And yeah it is, i meant TT instead of RR, but i erased the wrong part
