I have to say I am disapointed in the recovery stats again. barely any differential between the GC guys in it which is simply not true. Very disapointed.
I've said it before. the recovery stat should be something that makes a difference between GC guys, not something that makes a difference between GC guys and the others.

It's not possible to convert the whole thing, but some things are possible to be re-used in PCM12. What specifically are you aiming to have?

That's what I said, it's impossible to convert the whole thing For example, I don't think stages are compatible, so variants/new races can't be re-used. Another thing are the HD graphics, which are a feature of PCM13 and can't be used (in HD) in PCM12 (though you could resize some graphics that you want to use and were not in the PCM12 DB, for example accessories for several teams). So what specifically you want to have? Stats, equipment, graphics? Then I can tell whether it's possible to convert or not
