Well, there is this workaround for the sprint bug that costs you, like, 5 seconds per stage. If that's the only thing holding you back, you could use that until a patch fixes the whole thing.

No, I meant in comparison to his leadout. Then again, the worst sprinter I played with so far was Sbaragli with his 75 or 76 ACC. But neither with him nor with Ciolek did I have any problems in this area.

Doesn't work for me. I just tried it and had possibly the most infuriating sprint possible ... riders please stop overtaking each other and completely wasting your entire red bar before 3km to go ...
This is the worst bug I've ever seen in all editions  |

In PCM 2014, you can access the "calendar" at the top right. |

If You have Steam version then go to the Properties of the game, then "Local Files" and bottom You have option to check local files integrity. Missing files will be downloaded. |

Does it less difficult to change rider's program in PCM 2014 than PCM 2013 ?
In PCM 2013, it was very difficult because riders weren't often happys when you changed. |

LOL, i bought physical copy for aprox. 22Euros at release day in Czech Republic, whats up with prices worldwide. 
In other news, game is still pretty much unplayable for me, as my sprinter is lame, even when set as free element. He does follow my orders majority of the time now, but he is barely able to leave slipstream of his lead-out.

So, I've sent a certain bunch of over-worked, under-paid slaves to fetch me PCM 2014(although I won't be able to play it til I'm back from a two-week holiday)- will it come super-duper patch installed?
