As soon as I click continue once I have chosen/created a team to start the career it just crashes before it gets to the career screen.

You installed it wrong (most likely to wrong directory).
The name of the main folder of PCM can change depending on the language of your game (for example, Pro Cycling Manager - Seizonen 2011). The installation file of the Daily DB points to the English name of the folder, so you need to manually change it if your folder has another name. Here's how to correct it now: go to Program Files/Cyanide. There'll be two folders, one of them with the English name and the other with the 'normal' name. Copy/cut the files from the English name folder (Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011) and paste them in the other folder, that will fix it.

Torrent still works fine, though. When using the torrent, you can decide not to download part 1-4. |

Copy all the folders from 'Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011' to the other folder (I guess with the french name - Saison 2011).

I installed the 2012 DB to the folder it sayed to on my PC, program files, but when I try to pick the database, it is not there. I know I'm pretty stupid for this, but did I do something, do I need to do something, or do I need to redownload it. I know I'm pretty dumb in this area but I want to get it done.

Well give it a check on My Docs/PCM11/Database and see if it's really not there. If it isn't, you can get the .cdb file on the Program Files PCM folder/PCM.Daily Database Files. Also don't forget to paste the Local.cdb on My Docs/Pro Cycling Manager 2011.

That wouldn't fit in with the other teams and races we have in the DB. |
