Skiddy Pants went for it on that first hilly number and I approve - though now his subsequent drain at the end there leaves him with a fair amount of places to climb on the more decisive stages to come.
Dan Holloway is a real game trier but as said before the company is a bit too high end for the big Yank.
Good efforts to keep the reports the flowing sgdanny despite the startlist screw up meaning this is a re-run!

Tzortzakis not doing as well as I would have hoped here, with a 6th place being the best result so far. Ricco are normally doing crap in these races finishing somewhere between 10th and 15th, so I have to let the ambitions go for a while...
I need Spilak to step up in Colombia if I am to even keep the 3rd place overall, as both Aker and Tinkoff are closing in on me atm.

Gastauer really suffered for having Ciolek grab back the race lead, poor positioning followed and has cost him.
Very annoying to see such inactivity in general though, to the benefit of breakaway and second tier 'early' attackers.
Thanks for the reports sgdanny

And after the Ardennes I thought Boasson Hagen couldn't do any worse.
But oh well, it's another bad miss from our captain, which I'm admittedly starting to get used too, but it's nevertheless just as disappointing every time it happens
I know it's still one stage left and this was probably just a bad day, but it's kind of difficult to see positives thinking of the final hilly stage after such a no show.
Congratulations to alexkr00, it's always nice to see Project 1t4i win, and Pendleton's are continuing to impress with riders that you would think shouldn't be that impressive, which is also cool to see. Well done, wackojackohighcliffe!
And thanks for the report, sgdanny. Hopefully, from a "my team perspective", the next one will be more fun to read! |

Haven't commented here yet but just caught up with the reports.
We need a good performance from TVG and he continues to deliver. Stage 7 is going to be real nerve racking. Chance to win the tour or falter and drop drastically. Can't wait!

Skiddy pants clambering up the GC - but yeah it's proving to be a bit of a dud like race so far. Stage 7 does look more difficult in terms of its ending at least in the world of PCM.
Still hilly stage races have quite often been a minefield in terms of predictability.

How did Schumacher manage to finish in 57th........
Why should I be surprised. Anything better than a horrible performance is impossible for my team this year.
At least Kung made the top 3 in the breakaway, that's sort of cool.
Thanks for he race.

A stage win and Vanendert moving into the top 10 in the GC? This seems too good to be true.

Much better than anticipated... We are used to our GC riders dropping a few spots in the final difficult stage, so I am not comfortable that Ricco will do well just yet, but if he could make a top 5 here it would be very nice.
I would love to see Koretzky try something on that final hilly stage...

Bobridge?? What happened there? Disastrous stuff!
Burghardt did well to limit the damage today, but I doubt he will do that well once he's our leader for the GC. Could become another low scoring race after the TdF..

Apparently my team had a rest day in their calendar... we went from 5th, 10th and 14th in GC to 28th, 33th and 42th, while we have the strongest hilly team and Trofimov as leader. Craziest stage of the season: Time to bounce back Tinkoffers!

Rather dull race. Not much happening, not much difference in the GC either, although I suppose that will change on the next stage. |

Vysna tried, but failed. Sagan from overachieving to underachieving. My hilly team sucks, pass it on.

This is just not ******* true, the game has to be setting Zabel as my leader or something, both Claeys and Flügel can't fail this much in several hilly stages for any other reasons... My win goal going to ****

Nice try by Tanovitchii, next year he should be able to hold there a bit longer with improved stats. I love his attacking mentality!
Big congrats to Mollema and Project1t4i ,also Lutsenko and Pendletons, you team is doing so much more this year compared to my expectations, great job!
Thanks for the report sgdanny!

[6:51:34 PM] David: Speaking of transfers, you should get rid of brenes alak
[6:51:41 PM] David: he's garbage
[6:52:35 PM] Dominic Krynicki: that would involve selling all of my team bar maybe Barbin
Oh Enrico <3
Froome doing decent as well, I'll take 7th, and even Kump showed up helping us with Team classification, feeling of doing well is very sureal.

Ponzi adds another to the bow.
This really is the season for a few riders gobbling up many.
Bewley, Ponzi and Pluschnewcarkin.
Skiddy pants feelin it on that one still got a top ten, hope to see Holloway battling again on final one.
