Road-points can fly. Uncheck "Snap objects to landscape", and then use the blue "z" arrow to adjust road height.

Thanks luigi, you saved me a lot of time helping to open the Oregon stages in PCM2013!

Changes are minor, except stages 3 and 5.
Screens for the less touched stages can be found in 2012th thread.
Stage 5th is the Bend Criterium, pics are in post #75 of this thread.
