Hi
I'm sorry to ask, as i'm usually quite good at editing databases. But this time i couldn't figure out rescueing my game 
I've attached a weekly save from 12/30 2013 - I've tried following the instructions on this site, but still couldn't figure it out.
Both values in the Dauphine and Britain stages seems fine - So the problem might be the actual stage files, but them i've also checked, and their length seems quite ordinary. But the problem with them could also be that i downloaded them and installed them while being in the year of 2013, which i think can be a problem.
No matter what, i would be pleased if someone wanted to take a look at my database

Well your savegame didn't have a invalid lenght, like the others (maybe because you've downloaded them), but still had a invalid stage type. So I'm not sure it'll work, but try it

If your problem is this (crash on 2013/14, 2016/17), you need to open the weekly save (preferably from Dec 20-30), look for the Dauphine stages (race ID: 74) and change the info from stage 2 (bugged) to be equal as stage 3 (or any other stage), most importantly the stage file name, fkIDstage_type, fkIDrelief and gene_f_distance.
