My best guess is that there's a problem with a variant you've downloaded somewhere.
If you've got lachi's editor then you could open up STA_Race and check which variant it is so you can replace that stage.
the save would be found under documents, PCM14, users, *, database. solo, **, career_X.cdb
* the username you use on pcm, should be the same as your armada one if you need to check.
** the database you are using for your save
the X would be the number of career's you had started when you created it. e.g. if it was your second career it would be 2.

no i just downloaded the pcm daily 14 + variants ... the stage runs until rojas starts ... then it always crashes ... so i don't know why ...
the giro tt crashed at the very beginning by the 10-15. driver but i cannot remember who it was |

Why me?
It shouldn't be too hard to change the name of another wildcard member into your name if necessary actually.
Probably this is even possible with the Cyanide Database Editor(the really easy one that comes with the game). Just search for the name of someone who got a wildcard and change his name and nationality into yours.
If someone can't pull it off, I'm prepared to help
Not really intending to release a new version to be honest, the db seems pretty much complete atm
