Considering that its the Monaco TT, and considering that none of the other riders in the top 5 have changed teams, i'm guessing he edited Astana to give them all those riders.

my perfect tour team is: 2 Captains (Sprinter & Climber) 6 Team mates but four of them are climber and the other 4 sprinters. The last rider would be a rider that can go to a breakaway all the time or help the team as a allrounder (Boasson Hagen,Arvesen and more)
