He's probably just covering himself for another TDF echolon or cobble stage. "STOP RIDING GUYS, IT'S A MECHANICAL!"
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Contador is a legend Totally loved the stage, though I couldn't see the final 30 km
Oh how I hope Landa is for real. Would be amazing. And would be such a disappointment otherwise. |

Froome.exe should stop twitter immediately. He tweeted this after a fan invaded the court at Roland Garros.
He clearly not heard about a crazy Steffi Graf fan stabbing Monica Seles on court in Hamburg. |

Well to be fair, Froome makes a point there.
Didn't know about the stabbing anyway, but come on, in the papers it said Federer also complained that 4 children asked his autograph on his training session.
Lots of cyclists have already fallen or worse because of fans, too. Look at Merckx getting hit on the Puy de Dome, or last year in the Giro when (forgot who?) had to put foot on the ground on a steep climb because of a fan and saw a possible stage victory gone. |

In cycling its impossible to separate fans so its stupid of him to compare that to tennis. In Tennis Players want to be focused 100% on the game especially just before it because it is a mental sport. Tennis players are more than happy to sign the autographs after the match.
I was terrified how easily that guy invaded the court. No security at all.

Uhmm.. I think cyclist want that, too.
And maybe you can't really compare, but try to explain that to all the riders that have taken a fall because of someone in the crowd.
Froome is not saying that it has to change or whatever, he is just saying: don't make a drama of it, because others - eg in cycling - have to endure quite some things from a crowd at times. So deal with it and don't whine.
I think that's the message
And also, the guy just took a picture of him.
Crazy guy, you know

fucking Landa
Kruijswijk great though. Probably best climbing performance of a Dutch guy since himself in the 3rd week of Giro 2011. So glad he has refound his legs after the leg artery problems and surgery in 2013 |

Must be some amazing god-given talent if there is no dope! Rest of the top 7 in today's stage are dodgy as hell yet he's able to stay with them and beat most of them.

yeah, they are in fact so suspicious they rode wattages of 5,77 w/kg in previous mt stages. Not even close to Nibali or Quintana's level of the past years |

I'm actually starting to believe Aru's illness story befor ethe Giro, because he is performing about 7/8% less good in watts compared to last year |

same here 2 min is just to much..
GT preparation and race is such perfect or die situation.
If you are some problems at preparation ..(like Aru few weeks before a Giro). It comes back to you ..
Lance was monster dick and big doper..but how the shit he managed to win it 7 times a row. This is something despite all the facts. |

That is why you should watch it on sporza, the dutch media just wines to much, like someone like Boogaard who whines about to much danger etc.
Ther is just no real commentary, while wachticg sporza you actualy learn a thing about some riders from time to time |

Wow, insane ride by Hesjedal! He's really coming good in the third week. If only he would stop going in useless attacks, he could be up there in the final!
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

contador today 5,8 w/kg on mortirolo
yeah so suspicious and dodgy
the only reason we are seeing names as trofimov, amador, landa, kruijswijk, geniez etc doing so well is because the of the poor level at the moment. Contador is probably actually hampered by injury but still way too good.
THe wattages and climb times are simply not fast. Aru last year was faster than Aru this year |
