Just always check about the safety of the file, e.g. read comments from other people (but take care that the comments themselves could be fake as well depending on the site you are).
For the record, I meant "if anybody here uses..." in my earlier post

okay. I will try it or I will just try to get better at Gimp. Well whatever I do I will probably end up using Paint.net again.

Very nice jak! Only issue I see is with the shorts, with the blue trim and writing blending in with the design. Other than that, it looks great.
EDIT: same with the specialized logo on the side of the jersey. Might be better in white
