Quickstep once again outsmarted - though this time they with Thomas were beaten. Less of a screw up by them and they had some bits of bad luck.
Really superb Gent Wegelum - very hopeful for great de Ronde. Roubaix I suspect will be down to who has energies left.

Great race from Paolini, made a decisive move at the right moment while everyone was stop-starting a little and looking around. Experience and nous payed off for him there.
Feel for Roelandts there he looks utterly exhausted but put in a great effort.
