Really good effort from Houle on the first two days, gutted not to get the win on Stage 2 since it was there to take but ah well. Morne with 3rd on Stage 3 is fantastic even if it didn't hold today, and Stan up to 14th before the last day is a solid enough effort from him these days I guess, even if it's sad how every season he gets worse without declining yet

To be honest Phinney can not be happy with 2nd overall. This was a race we had to win and a huge bottle by Phinney. I hope I didn't make this a goal race but I fear that I might. Will be very interesting to see the next Rankings, if we're not in the drivers seat then I guess we won't have a chance to win the standings.
Thanks for the nice reports, I'm also genuinely very happy for Grieg to get this stellar home win and continue their awesome season. Congrats!

How in the ever-loving fuck does Howard finish 16th in GC and Dunbar 32nd? Like what

And it wouldn't be a Bazhkou race the last few years without him throwing away an even slightly decent position if he even has one in the first place, I guess because we have any other rider above 72HI in the team. Thanks for the reports LLS

The KoM is a consolation prize. EBH has been shite this race.
Thanks for the reports LLS and congrats Grieg

Nice to get two stage wins from this race! Would've hoped for the hilly stages to be more selective, but it was great to see Gidich active! I'm only a little disappointed in Mano, that he couldn't hang on for a better result after his great TT. He definitely would've had the skills for that.
Thanks for the reports LLS and congrats tastasol! |

What the f***?! Izidor Penko with the race of his life
The man couldn't score a single point in a similar race like Ukraine, but finishes 7th in GC in PTHC?!
A great story for a rider I signed as a lvl 1 talent when I started MG in 2018
Pogacar also keeps outperforming every expectation, 10th would probably be an okay result if he was maxed, but he's still at lvl 3
Gaudu with a good result in 21st. All our best riders here turned out to be U25 and we've failed to collect U25 pts in only one stage race this season
Blikra adds some points with 42nd and Poljanec in 64th. Both important results because we somehow won the team classification
This really shows how we improved our depth this season and looks like I got lucky with my planning for this race
I hoped for maybe 40 pts from this race with some minor GC spots, but I think we may have scored over 200 pts
Congrats on the win to Grieg Looks like Phinney can't win everytime
Thanks for the reports LLS

Surprised Phinney didn't win here in the end
I've got to say, the stage win and YC was completely unexpected so I've got to say this was a great result from Oliveira. Still we lost some valuable points here as Fraile loses so much time and drops from the top 10 altogether.
Congrats to Grieg and Wurtz for pulling off an unlikely win!

Damn, kind of worst case that not only Phinney passes AKA, but also Wurtz and Wirtgen managed to beat the puncheurs as well. 4th on the points is a bit disappointing given his stage performances, but I'm still happy with what we got here.
Congrats to Grieg! Love Wurtz, but certainly didn't expect a GC victory and a hilly stage podium from him.
Thanks for the reports LLS!

Thanks for the all the kind words! Amazing to see Würtz fight like that and manage to hold off Phinney. Really didn't expect this before the race, so that makes it a very big win for us. Think we have more points here than in the Vuelta, so even do we have many low scoring races in, with the kind of team that we have, we always aim for the next big race and we certainly got one here.
Thanks for the reports, LLS!

Well 9th from Salcone. Not sure he deserves that on paper, but we could really use a good result somewhere, since the entire season has been about as bad as possible.
