Quite a feather in the cap for young Nych in the U23 race, congrats to him and his manager!

What a spirit and performance of my young Russian!!
Just to be sure, he can´t wear WC jersey next season, can he?

Not overly surprising given the lack of strength and apparent cohesion between the riders in the peloton. Again disappointed that Paez wasn't there as he would have had a great shot at a good performance there. The French team could have worked a little better there I think as Cosnefroy and Gaudu, especially, could have ridden a bit harder to get Cavagna into a position to win the race. Still a good race though and looking forward to the Elites!

Congrats Croatia14! I spent two hours on the replay cameras trying to get the perfect picture which shows Kump winning, but I had to settle for this lousy photoshop
Sucks for Bewley, he was leading pretty much certain of the win but then decelerated which meant Kump got him in the final metres.
And with that, I believe the 2018 MG season is done, at least in terms of racing. Thanks everyone for making it another memorable season.

Crap ride from Ewan. Crap ride from a lot of riders actually who should have made a much larger front group.
Shock win for Kump, but if you pull it off you've clearly earned it! He beat the best of the best for this course. Caps off a fun and eventful WC's and 2018 season!

Brilliant race! This choice truly delivered on the spectacle! Bravo for another thrilling report Marco, especially with the video replay and the much needed photo-finish!
And congrats Croatia, this is a very surpising victory. Slovenia must be over the moon. I mean Pogacar and Roglic rocking the Vuelt irl is one thing, but to win the WCs in the MG is bonkers for them!

What a sprint! Happy with how my riders raced, though I would have loved to see Wisniowski wait just a bit with the attack. Good racing and a nice winner in Kump!

Nearly a perfect race for Belgium, but in the end took the front just a tad bit early. Big congrats to Croatia, what a nice win for Kump!
Thanks for the excellent report Marco! Nice touch with the photo finish

good racing by Poland, making ourselves very visible and all that. Good to see overall. Ignatiev also with a good race, but I would've liked him being more aggressive. Congrats to the winners and great report

Couldn’t be happier for Kump and Croatia, awesome! Great report Marco as it has been throughout the last week, and especially the effort for that photo finish!

Great final race of the season.
A huge thanks to reporters and everyone else, who have kept the game going.4
Now if everyone could get renewals/goals in so we can move on that would be great

Just want to add that finale reminded me very much of the final CX: A New Dawn World Championships with a photo finish of Vague and Listerijn

De Bie super strong but Van Stayen just couldn`t finish it off. Great performance though by him.
Even more impressed by Gallopin taking a 12th here missing the top10 just short.
As expected too difficult for Swift/Groenewegen.
Congrats to Kump. Huge win for him. Everyone was watching Demare/Van Stayen/Bewley but he delivered the most in the end. |

Blue-rainbowjersey iirc.
If such shirt is delivered I just need to think about activating it.
But yes, would be all in for such blue rainbow striped jersey. |
