The palmares is not entirely fixed. The palmares of a lot of riders (Sagan, Gilbert, Quintana,...) shows 2 times the same year ( 2011 2012 2012 2013) etc. |

This is a traditional bug, If in the first season you are in the lower division team and later you go to World Tour the same thing happens. Even if you eliminate it now, will be repeated in the next seasons.
I started playing once without Palamares - Cyclists, and in the second season was the same bug for all riders who have changed divisions.

More precisely, riders gain points in continental classification and world tour, so the system creates 2 Palamares for 1 rider. This happens primarily when in team with a wild card. |

Also it says that the files may be in an innapropriate file. I'm still learning how to do this flawlessly alone, but all the help you can give me I'll be thankfull.

Did you download through the torrent or the MEGA mirror? If the former, did you finish the download correctly, is the torrent progress 100%? If the latter, the download might have gotten corrupted.
