What a beautiful race for Evonik
Great win by Flaksis who was a decent domestique for Boonen all season long with yet another GC win for my guys.
I enjoyed this race a lot. Not only because of the victory but also because of seeing my riders on a lot of pics,
Spoiler e.g.
and I enjoy the minor points from riders like Bogdanovics. Great to see him earning some points due to stage, GC and U25 (& Team) as well.

Well I have to take my hat off to Turgot - tried to attack on the final stage before the sprint but sadly didn't pay off!
Thanks froomedog for the report

Generally
Generalli
Come on trek how will you spell my team now
Ratto why didn't you perform like this all season long
I'll just keep you another year on minimum wage because you proved your worth in a single race
Well great final stage for us, 3rd and 5th is absolutely great, especially since we're also securing 7th, 12th, 20th, 34th and 51st in GC. Also nice to see Fonzi runner up among the young riders. Would still swap that for a stage win and a GC podium though
Thanks for the great reports throughout the whole race, FroomeDog

Another top five, and a GC podium. Great race for the team overall. Thanks to FroomeDog for the reports.

De Backer dafuq are you doing. Dupont and Corioni at least finished Top 5 in the GC, so that's some points but it doesn't make up that they didn't score today. Meh. So and so race. Now it's all on my puncheur guys in Ruta del Sor. Oh boy and they usually suck.

16th GC is below expectations, but we'll take it knowing that without Hung's intermediate sprint victories, we would have been closer to top 50 GC instead of top 10.
But still a major letdown for our title chances
Thank you for some wonderful reports FroomeDog! |

In the break on three stages, but no points for us here, blah.
Great going anyway Froomedog: in a race which might prove crucial for Strava and the title! |
