Gratz on the Lavoine signing, had him on my a radar for a long time. Somehow missed the point were bid would have still be decent. You really got him on a nice wage. The rest of the team looks great, too.

@Hoyle : Good luck to you too and thanks
@Margh : Yeah thanks, I heard you were after him and glad you didn't
Short update on our current team progress and today we have signed 3 riders! We are only one rider from completing our roster and day 5 has been a great day for the team

Really nice team, you should do well this season, hopefully I'll be able to complete my own team in the next few days. |

Excellent team! Looking very strong already. Two good sprinters in Lavoine and Drujon who both have adequate support. Durasek and Lejman will be excellent point scorers for you. Matysiak and Zielinski are also two outside cards to play on hilly terrain. Looking forward to a very strong season from you. Great that you've been able to build a team like this and maintain a strong regional focus.

Looks indeed like a strong CT-squad already! Nicely build with some strong riders like aidan said. Durasek will be cool to see on that level. Lavoine/Drujon will go strong for sure. So will Lejman.

A very strong team so far, definitely a good candidate for promotion.

@Nacho : Yeah, I hope you'll be able to compete against me, as I like a good challenge
@Aidavn : Exactly my thoughts on my own team and I hope they can fight for promotion, as I went for that instead of long term, which were made impossible from day 1
@tsmoha : I agree and it wasn't what I'd imagined pre transfers
@Selwink : That's exactly what I wanted to hear Good luck to you as well

Really strong and all-round squad with all bases except for cobbles more than adequately covered - and let's face it, who even cares about cobbles in the CT? (That's a rhetorical question Shonak, in case you were wondering )

Transfer Update | Part III
Hello again and welcome to our final update from the transfers, where we are proud to present our latest signigs, but before revealing those we have another announcement. Pawel Poljanski has been loaned out to Karcher - Adira and Blaz Bogataj has been loaned out to ONCE - Eroski. Hopefully we will have them back for the next season and Poljanski will hopefully get to develop further with us next year.
Lukasz Owsian
FL | MO | Hil | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | 65 | 73 | 73 | 61 | 70 | 69 | 72 | 56 | 55 | 67 | 65 | 63 | 58 |
Lukasz Owsian will be a super domnestique for the team this season, as he can do well in both mountains and hills. He will not be the rank of Lieutenant, but his main job will be to act as one. It was hard to find a better polish rider to join the team and Lukasz is going to do just fine for us. He will of course get his chance in several occasions, but his main job will be to work with our captains.
Juraj Sagan
FL | MO | Hil | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | 75 | 60 | 68 | 75 | 73 | 71 | 74 | 56 | 61 | 69 | 74 | 61 | 75 |
Peter Sagans bigger brother is also in the cycling world, but he covers other areas than his brother. He is the perfect leadout for Lavoine and Drujon, which is reflected in his vast energy and his pace is also quite extraordinary. He will also be our best bet in the Time Trials, though he won't win any of them, but he will keep some pressure on the teams for sure.
Stephen Vicelich
FL | MO | Hil | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | 67 | 55 | 58 | 73 | 63 | 67 | 65 | 54 | 51 | 52 | 62 | 56 | 73 |
We have just signed a non-european talent and while this has never been our intention, we couldn't let this talent get wasted and ignored by the teams Down Under. Stephen is a big talent and he shouldn't be ignored like that, which is reflected in his potential to become a 78 TT'er. While he isn't the best talent around, he can still turn into a strong team member, which will only do great in the future.
Markus Kilsgaard
FL | MO | Hil | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DH | PRO | 65 | 63 | 64 | 69 | 66 | 65 | 63 | 54 | 61 | 64 | 71 | 71 | 68 |
We're not done in adding new nationalities to the tema and this time we have signed a Stagiare for the team, which will join us from August. Markus is like Stephen also a big future talent in the cycling world, but he will only prove his true strength in 4-5 years time and we are glad to help him develop further. He will not be a world class rider, but when he reached his potential he will do quite well for sure.

Kristjan Durasek has received his Croatian ITT NC and we're happy with the ending result. We approached our loyal graphic designer -Gaz- and he quickly came up with a design worthy of using. Kristjan received the jersey with great enthusiasm and morale definitely can't be higher with him right now.

Nice team mate, impressive what you have built from scratch. Drujon and Lavoine duo should tear the CT apart in sprints and guys like Lejman, feillu or Durasek will bring lots of points too hopefully. I would say that promotion fight is not a crazy thought, good luck with that.
btw. you have some interesting guys i hgad on my shotlists too, maybe we will talk in the future a bit.

Nice move staying away from C1. If I could give any advice to new CT managers it is to stay almost exclusively in C2. Having said that, Lejman should have a good opportunity to pick up points in Down Under. Good luck with the season!

Grajcan Lejman | 2015 Schedule
Nat. | Race | Date | Role | RD's | | Clasica San Cristobal | 10/1 | Leader | 2 | | Tour Down Under | 14/1 - 19/1 | Leader | 6 | | Tour of the Middle East | 17/2 - 28/2 | Free Role | 12 | | Cauberg Classic | 11/4 | Leader | 2 | | Rund um den Eschborn - Frankfurt | 1/5 | Leader | 2 | | Tour de Taiwan | 15/5 - 18/5 | Leader | 4 | | Tour of Iceland | 9/6 - 12/6 | Leader | 4 | | Tour de Pologne | 2/7 - 8/7 | Leader | 7 | | Tour de Slovenie | 25/7 - 29/7 | Leader | 5 | | Acropolis Cup | 3/9 | Leader | 2 | | GP Yekaterinburg | 24/9 | Leader | 2 | | Ruta America del Sur | 8/10 - 15/10 | Free Role | 8 | | Zuri Metzgete | 18/10 | Leader | 2 | 58/58 RD's |
Grajcan Lejman may not be the best overall rider in the CT division, but this enables him to secure more RD's, where his aggressive playstyle is going to show. Guys like Mendes and Zeits might be able to secure more GC wins than Lejman, but he will still be able to stay with them, by making progressive results in every extra Race Day.
Lejman will start his season on Cuba and in the prestigious Tour Down Under, which suits his aggressive strengths and keeps him within a good place, where we as underdogs is expected to spicy things a little up. The real challenge is in races like Ruta America del Sur and Tour of the Middle East, which got stages he can win and stages he can fall back on and do nothing.
It's no secret that Lejman isn't the best rider on the flat, so classics should suit his type and endless hilly climbs from start to finish is pure candy to him. We have two win goals in Tour de Pologne and Tour de Slovenie, but only great performances from this lad can make that dream come true. We cross fingers for a good season for our captain and that he can get close to our ambitions.
