Amazing win from Mikhail!
Finally a stage win for him in PCT this year. After slight disappointment in hilly stage 2 where several stronger climbers got a nice gap, this is much better and bonus seconds pretty lowered the losses.
Bibby is probably too far away with his good TT, but catching Nepo and Craven is a must, i hope for a good day in the TT and 2nd in GC after that.
Thanks for the reports Rider!

Very satisfying, we're well within our means. As good TTlers Hollenstein and Mantaguti can still improve from here on, but we shouldn't forget that some of best are lurking just behind.

Strong TT by Westra. Considering the competition, I'm really happy with that 7th place in GC!

Pleased with that TT. Rogers losing out on Ignatiev is just okay, he did quite well with this close 2nd.Koren doing enough to go on 5th was everything i could have hoped for, too..
Now to avoid any split like we had in Portugal with Koren! 5&9 would be a cool result here, so also Rogers needs to take care of his position. I said it before, but i can definitely imagine Ignatiev be in the mix for a third stage win!

Pleased with Craven only losing one position in the GC. Third place is solid in this field, considering the hill stage was just as suitable for the climbers as it was for the punchers. Hopefully he can hold onto his one second gap on the last stage.
Corioni haven't been able to challenge the better punchers on the flat stages so far. I hope to see him shine on the last stage. The finish looks flat enough for him and Corti to compete for the win.

Reus does his best TT of the season and still only ends up 10th overall
Anyway, 10/11 pprd would be a good result from here barring disaster. |

Well, not the greatest of TTs by Bibby, but good enough! Not too concerned about Ignatiev on the last stage as I'd like to think that Bibby can keep track of him there, if the sprint doesn't suit the sprinters.

Hmm, had hoped Reto Hollenstein didn't lose that much time.
Ending with two riders in the top20 is okay for C1 race, but wouldn't mind if a breakaway on the last day causes extra points.

Yes!
After his first stage win in PCT, Mikhail adds first TT win in our division and that is great and keeps us rolling. Rogers was super close, but i hope Oz will handle one TT loss during the season.
2nd in GC is still great, but 14 seconds is doable gap. If the final stage is selective enough, Bibby should be right up there for bonus seconds too, as his manager suggests, but i would not mind another podium with Ignatiev.

Seems I was a little bit out. 42 points is pretty embarrassing to be honest.
Thanks for the reports Rider, great job |

Nice race for Oz, eventually. Koren 5th, Rogers 9th in GC is just fine. Couldn't expect more from Koren and Rogers did what I was hoping for (survive the hills in the first dropped bunch). Not a huge one, but I guess the gamble to not bring Bobridge here paid off (yeah, I know, Bobridge could have won this)
A few solid stage-results, one closely missed stage-win.. 2nd in teams.. Yap, I'm pleased with that. Thanks for the fast pace and entertaining reports, The Rider! And Gratz to SN, Avin and Sykkel for podium this race.

For a moment I thought that neither the white shirt is going to save. Unfortunately this is another of bad races of the season but was expected due to TT
Thanks The Rider

A solid performance by AMEX with Marko Kump emerging as the team leader for this type of terrain.

No idea what happened to Corioni today, but that was at least a great sprint by Corti! Thought for a minute he was going to take the win, but second is more than acceptable. Craven also coming through todays stage without problems is good.
Thanks for the reports and congratulations to SN!
