Today it´s just a short update, as there were a lot of nice suggestions from you guys. You liked the sponsors we already brought in, so now it´s time to nearly finish our activities on finding sponsors.
Therefore you got two new tasks:
Task 1
Choose from the given Ideas presented by the_hoyle, jandal7 and HuDCC!
Trek would include Bontrager, BMC or Focus would include Lightweight, Lazer and Bioracer. So the Trek deal would be based on old connection, the BMC or Focus deal would be the regional way.

Task 2
jandal7 proposed a list about a couple of potential sponsors for us.
Nordea (Nordic Bank) IKEA (Swedish-Dutch) and Spotify (Swedish-British). Trillink (Baltic shipping company) and Tissot (Swiss). Xero (NZ, but now has spread to the UK and US) is one of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and would have the programming for our financing sorted.
Now it´s your task to choose out of them!

The final sponsor
Our last sponsoring deal was decided from you guys.
With a big advantage  Tissot got the most votes. A great number of votes there!
Tissot is a swiss company producing watches. They jumped into cycling not only by sponsoring us now, but also by competing against Festina in sponsoring races as official timekeeper. Our coorperation will strengthen our ambitions in central-european cycling projects.
Outfitter
The outfitters-discussion was a very controversal one. One side was the regional way with new focus, one side the traditional way with well known partners. At least we decided us...
...for the regional way. It was a close 7 to 6 vote, but we wanted to create something new, and our way is not to break out too far from our given path. And our path is to create partnerships with regional companies.
This way leads us to a sponsorship with BMC as the bike sponsor.
In addition to that we get  Lightweight for wheels,
 Lazer for Helmets
and Bioracer for clothing.
Team-Name Planning
Now we finally announced all our sponsors we have to look for the name of our cycling team. Therefore we need you suggestions.

Tissot is on the same level as Skoda, spox.com and Evonik...now you choose one sponsor to the co-sponsor level. The most liked one will be in the name...
You could also choose Leopard alone...

Looks like most of you would like Leopard-Evonik Pro Cycling, so we will take that as our Name!

Future vision
We have done some great work until now, but there is still a lot to do:
1.Jersey: As soon as possible two jerseys will be presented, so you can choose between this two for this season. The work starts right now, since we got all sponsors and the team name is presented.
2.Logo: Still there is a chance of having a new logo of Leopard SA - we are in contact with our partners; as soon as we hear something new we will let you know.
3.Riders: The time when good managing is needed is always climaxing with the signing of riders. We need you for the judgement of who fits to the team, would leave his current team, sees his place in a team like ours in terms of racing schedule, wage and teammates.
Therefore we will start a trip through all our target regions, in each country we will talk to interested riders.
This will happen in a few steps:
Step 1: I will tell which country to work on.
Step 2: You give riders we should sign from this country.
Step 3: You give a short description why they should come to our team and why we should sign them.
Step 4: I will present cyclists I thought of and you didn´t mention also in a short description.
Step 5: I will create a poll with riders you and I mentioned, you will vote for them.
Step 6: The votes and the descriptions will judge, who will get a contract with our team.
After we went through all of our target regions, there will be two rider-polls left. One time all the steps will be made for the countries outside our region-focus, so that you can maybe bring in special riders for us.
The second time all missed out riders from our regions get in a poll, so that you can bring in the ones who missed out closely or you had a change in mind to.
Good to know:
- We wont take the same amount of riders from every country.
- The signings wont be purely judged by the votes, but also by the descriptions.
- It looks like we will build up a Pro-Conti-Team (currently the votes would say Pro-Conti),but if you mainly vote for stronger riders it will be WT. So it depends on you.
- There will be a table for the roles the riders should get, it could be helpful if you mention what you think about their role by presenting a rider.
4.Status: We will finally judge if we take part in the World Tour or Pro-Continental-Tour. Of course it depends on the rider selection and the votes.
5.Goals: When the team and status is done, we see on which level our team can compete. Having this in mind we will define our goals for the first season.The specialisation of our riders, the region races take place and your votes which goals you would like us to achieve will influence that.
6.Schedule: After the goals are set, we will start our planning on how to reach them. Each rider should have a personal plan. Stronger riders will be planned more detailed because they have to deliver, domestiques won´t get a focus as strong as captains. Talented riders should also get a well fitting schedule, to maximise their abilities of developement.
You will have the chance to pick your favourite rider of the team and judge for up to 90% of his schedule and his personal goals.
7.Season: Let the games begin...
