I have made absolutely no effort in looking if these are already mentioned, and to be honest I don't care if they are added, but I will list some riders thats some of you might be interested in adding. In that case you can give it a go yourself
Andreas Vangstad, Date of birth: 24th March 1992 (22), Norway:
- 7th U23 World Championships TT
- 12th U23 Euro Championships TT
- 3rd Norway Elite Championships TT
Improved quite a lot from 2013, so could have a decent pot.
Frederik Frison, Date of birth: 28th July 1992 (22), Belgium:
- 9th U23 World Championships TT
- 8th Chrono Champenois Masculin International (1.2)
- 14th TT of Okolo Jiznich Cech (2.2) (12km)
- 6th Mountains Jersey, same race
- 6th TT of Le Triptyque des Monts et Châteaux (2.2) (10km)
- 2nd National Championships Belgium - ITT (NC) (2012)
- Very decent results here and there.
Nils Politt, Date of birth: 6th March 1994 (20), Germany:
- 12th World Championships U23 - ITT (WC)
- WINNER National Championships Germany U23 - ITT (NC)
- 19th Prologue: Luxembourg › Luxembourg (2,3km)
- 3rd Tour de Berlin GC
- 13th Rund um Köln
- Seems to be a GC type rider, without being super strong in the mountains. Decent overall rider, my thoughts would be 76TT, 72-73MO or something similar. Perhaps 78 Prologue.
Juan Camacho, Date of birth: 24th July 1995 (19), Spain:
- 18th World Championships U23 - ITT (WC)
- 2nd National Championships Spain U23 - ITT (NC)
- WINNER National Championships Spain MJ - ITT (NC) (2013)
- Clearly the best talented spanish TTer atm. Quite young, and seems to be only TT'er. Potentially better than Mario Gonzalez Salas!
Tiesj Benoot, Date of birth: 11th March 1994 (20), Belgian:
- 4th World Championships U23 - Road Race (WC)
- 8th Binche - Chimay - Binche / Mémorial Frank Vandenbroucke (1.1)
- 16th Paris - Tours Elite (1.HC)
- 4th GP Stad Zottegem (1.1)
- 6th European Championship U23 - Road Race (CC)
- I don't know him very well, but I would assume he is a puncheur who is also a decent climber, and he seems to be fairly good on the flat aswell.
Marc Soler, Date of birth: 22nd November 1993 (21), Spanish:
- Can't pick up a lot about him. Signed with Movistar, and seems like a fairly classic spanish allround type. Decent in TT's.
THIS ONE I'D LIKE TO ADD, BUT I KNOW NOTHING OF HIM. PERHAPS SOMEONE CAN HELP SETTING IT UP PROBERLY:
Ioannis Spanopoulos, Date of birth: 20th May 1993 (21), Greek:
- 38th World Championships U23 - ITT (WC)
- 21st European Championship U23 - ITT (CC)
- 2nd National Championships Greece U23 - Road Race (NC)
- 11th National Championships Greece - Road Race (NC) (2013)
- WINNER National Championships Greece U23 - ITT (NC) (2013)
Clearly not a huge talent, but something like 75TT or 74TT and 71-72MO could probably be alright. I guess I would make him look like this, once maxed out if I was free to do so:
67 72 71 75 70 69 68 53 56 66 71 68 75
Stylianos Farantakis, Date of birth: 25th May 1995 (19), Greek:
- WINNER National Championships Greece U23 - Road Race (NC)
- 27th European Championship MJ - Road Race (CC) (2013)
- 30th European Championship Road Race (CC) (2012)
Like above a decent talent. Pro Cycling Stats calls him a GC rider, and he seems to be a little less apt in the TT's but better in the climbs/hills, although not completely shit in the TTs. This is my idea of him maxed:
If anyone could search a few riders from Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Poland and/or Jamaica I would greatly appreciate it. Especially Ukraine as Metinvest and me basically have all good riders, and I only have 7 or 8 which isn't quite enough for my plans...

It's quite easy to do the searching... I can find you some names that are not in, you can do the stats and further search of results yourself:
These were all riding the U23 WCs, and I don't think either are in the database...
In terms of my greek riders, I would obviously prefer if one or two of them had the potential to overtake Tzortzakis in 3-4 seasons, and I would absolutely love to have a GC rider from Greece whom I could train into something more decent than lets say, Tim Dees
Off the top off my head, French rider tony galloping isn't in the db I think, I'm not really sure how to rate him in man game terms however, but once I get home I can try
Those stats of for example Hiroki Nishimura hilarious maybe someone else can give these Russian riders stats, otherwise I might go crazy on them as well
Not thought to ask before but are riders on disbanding teams e.g. Nordeus considered free agents for the purposes of this? Thought it might be useful to ask incase any of the disbanding teams, either confirmed or likely had someone another manager thought would be worthy of an upgrade in stats.
OlegTinkov wrote:

I wouldn't say hilarious. There are so many riders in the DB with exaggerated stats. Ki Ho Choi also will max at 80 Mountain even though he's retired now irl but he did show a lot of promise irl as well. If you compare Choi's and Nishimura's results at the same age (19) Nishimura looks like an even better climber judging from the results. Choi is more well rounded but I am aware his stats aren't going to parallel real life.
He didnt get his MG stats as a true reflection of real life. More that I wanted to add a strong Asian climber, and he was the best candidate at the time.

Ah, that's unfortunate that Choi retired.

Indeed. He turned down an offer from Orica as well. Kwok also took a year off I believe but has decided to come back.

i have that planned for next week and i already have a list for that, so if people can wait, i will do the job for eastern europe.

Are you aware of any non-young Swiss riders who are missing from the DB bushwackers? Even if they don't have any particularly notable results, they can be given better stats to act as useful domestiques.
Hey guys here's my assement of the canadians this year if anyone has any more information about them that would be great, my information has come mainly from team websites and ProCyclingStats.
Won and was up there in most sprints at the costa rica tour which is against moderate opposition for 2.2 level last year also has some high placing in Canadian tour races mostly in flat stages, this year he has finished up their in stage in the tour of Guatemala and did well in the GC in one of the late UAE tours seems like a Flat Sprint specialist.
Went to the tour of costa rica and lead out Lachance very well but seems to thrive in the hills with good results in the Tour of Delta and Bucks County Classic this year he survived the tobago classic(basic mountain one day race) and top 40 in the white spot classic i'd say he's a one day rider with a good finishing kick basic domestique.
Young rider done well in French races and finished the tour de gila and delta in delta managed 30th which is way inside the first group also top 10 in National TT last year, sturggled more this year with his best ride being as a mountain domestique in the tour of gila were he showed his TT skills before setting up Britton and finishing 24th on the final mountain stage so good young GC rider with nice TT
Made a big improvement this year going from domestique to rider with a lead role and repaid with a top 10 in the tour de Beauce and a 6th place at the Delta Road Race, his performances have been achieved with good hilly/mountains riding though he has no finishing kick what so ever as far as his results show usually the last to finish in his group, he has also ridden a few good TT one of which was in the tour de Beauce where he finished 20th. Good GC/hills rider/ no sprint
Finished in the 2nd group at the delta road race and also rode a good race at the national finishing in the 3rd group has shown ablity in long one-day races and finished the season riding the tour of alberta as a domestique. He is known as an attacking rider according to the candian national team website so possible high stamina high fighter not to sure wheather he should be higher flat rider or hills.
Turned pro this year and compete well at the National Championships 7 in the TT 11 in the RR also 5th in the Chico Tour which include at 20km which he finished 3rd on despite being on a road bike, the year before he rode wel in The Raas and the tour of alberta he top 10 on a stage in the raas from a sprint so a good TT/Prologue rider with an okay sprint.
Rode in europe last year without a particular highlight 33rd in GP Stad Zottegem his best result, This year in the north american races he has finished 6th and 19th in stages in Elk Grove 6th on the hardest stage and 19th on the sprint stage.
Rode in europe 2 years ago without a particular highlight 33rd in GP Stad Zottegem his best result, The past two years he has focused on the candian national races and built a reputation as one of the top sprinters their riding for Garneau Qubecor with him and Patrick Naud building a top relationship in their version of the tour series the merdis lachine he won 3 of the ten race series leading out Naud to win another 3 he won the event in 2013 he also won his bunch sprint at the tour of delta for 15th and last year finished quite high in a stage in the tour of elk grove (good sprinter)
Only non CT rider(he's spent two years in belgium with lotto-belisol U23 first year) to make it into the winning break at the national championships and finished in 8th with Guillihaime Boivon, Hugo Houle and Antoine Duchesne for company all world tour riders at the time, looking through his results he has been okay on the cobbles but more at home in the ardenes races he also finished GP Montreal this year at the age of 20 is some achievement.
Finished 9th in the Tor of Delta last year and bettered that this year with a strong 7th, earlier in the season he had gone to france for a few months and finished 15th overall in the fleche du sud including 9th on the hardest stage of the race after he came back he lost that form at the tour de Beauce despite top 40 on 3 stages before finishing 11th and 15th in the national which was dissapointing and then followed up with 7th at the delta road race, he then had an illness before becoming a trainee with Silber and riding the tour of alberta

- Winner of the An Post Ras 2014
- 2nd Baltic Chain Tour 2014
-2nd Tour de Serbie 2014
Eventhough he is already a bit older than most newly added riders he should be in as well.
He had a good last season with several great results.
Seems to be best on hilly stages but has a good sprint finish, too.
Not too bad of a climber, too, as he proved in the Österreich Rundfahrt.

A talent I 'accidentally' found when browsing for talents for EPIC. A young Eritrean talent, showed many top-10s in African .2 races plus a podium in his NC. Stats are a bit of a guess, but I'm quite sure he's a puncher with a good MO as well, plus a decent sprint/acceleration to support him. He already managed to beat riders like Rabou, Monier, Chabane and Chaoufi in these races. Would understand if he wouldn'dt be added this year, may be necessary to see him perform for another season.
I am not in the ManGame already, however, I plan to apply for next season and in case I will be allowed to participate I thought it would be nice to add some riders.
The stats in the table are always the ones I thought could be appropriate when maxed and the XP are those I would give them now. I did not put anything in Pot. because I assumed this can be calculated from max-stats, age and XP level?
I hope the stats are not too far off, if so, then I'm sorry. I tried to make them fit with the MG-DB and my rather limited knowledge of racing so far, I'm especially not quite sure about the secondary ones, though with SN deciding about everything in the end, I hope it's ok. The PCS-pages of those riders are linked to their name.

Now some info about the riders:
Ivan Balykin: He seems to usually score on sprint stages featuring some hills, so I thought of a decent sprint and some hill ability of course. He's also good in shorter TTs and seems to be a fighter due to achieving some KoMs.
Roman Maikin: He has shown great sprinting ability in the two long, flat stages of Tour de Pologne. I'd give him a decent hill as well, because he came out on podium in Giro della Toscana. Very promising young guy.
Sergey Shilov: Another strong sprinter. This guy also does well in TTs of all lengths. On top of that, he seems to be not the worst on hills either as shown in Giro Friuli.
Andrei Solomennikov: He could be a sprint domestique. It seems like he is not the worst in prologues as well, but with no big results so far and 27 years of age, he should be nothing more and probably won't develop any further.
Maxim Pokidov: Another guy who could be used as a domestique. He seems to have a bit of sprinting ability and some TTing-skills as shown in Tour Alsace where he won the sprinter's jersey.
Mamyr Stash: Aaaand another sprinter, but this time it's a good one. He could really be a big prospect with three wins and some podiums last season - not only in those Russian .2 races that are always won by Russian guys, but he won Central-European Tour Szerencs-Ibrany in Hungary and podium'ed in Baltic Chain Tour and Tour de Normandie as well. As he is only 21 years old that sounds very promising to me.
Roman Katyrin: He is not the biggest prospect, but did quite ok in Circuit Ardennes International and Tour de Gironde. His strength seems to be in hilly terrain with some sprinting ability as well. This guy should develop into a decent wingman.
Evgeny Zverkov: Not much to say here. He could develop into an ok-ish TTer, but probably nothing more. I'd still add him as a domestique.
Dmitriy Kosyakov: That guy was much better some years ago, so I whonder why he is not in the DB already. He once won Tour du Loir et Cher E Provost, but that was back in 2009 when he was riding for Katyusha. He seems to have his strength in TTs as well and some fighting spirit on top. But he's not worth much.
Matvei Mamykin: Now that is a hard one. This guy is only 20 years of age and has a very limited amount of results yet. Thus I could really understand if we wait until next year to add him, so he can show what he's capable of. Still, he has shown decent climbing throughout last year's Giro della Valle d'Aosta, so I added him. However, he seems to be rather weak in everything else.
(By the way, the same goes for Artem Nych, who has won the Youth Classification of Tour of Szekerland with only 19 years of age and he could be a big GC talent. But it should be best to wait at least a year before adding him.)
Konstantin Yakimov: A pure sprinter again (there's many of them in Russia...) By the looks of things he does not even survive minor rises in the road. He had some ok-ish results in Course de Solidarnosc (Top5s), but nothing more. In 2013 he also won a race in Russia, which does not mean so much, but that is why I presume he won't develop much further.
Aleksey Rybalkin: This guy seems to be a GC rider as shown in Tour de l'Avenir. I assume he could be really good in future, however, he lacks some TT strength. He is also good on hilly terrain, which displays his Top 5 GC in Vuelta a Castilla y Leon.
Kirill Sveshnikov: I would call him a hilly sprinter as well. He seems to do great in hilly races with sprint finishs. GP Internacional Torres Vedras - Trofeu Joaquim Agostinho was his best race, where he won a stage and Youth Classification. Prologues are also not bad, though I got that from 2013 and 2012 as he did not race so much in 2014. But that guy is certainly hard to predict. Oh, and he almost never finishs stage races.

Alright, here are my suggestions.
Had some trouble with the XP Levels and stuff.
First, the riders already in, that got upgraded.
Their stats are current, not maxed. Mainly got guys in their mid-twenties here.

Remco Ter Brake:
Was fairly useless despite his 74SP in the DB. But did have a lot of good sprinting results this year so I made him a bit more useful. Still on his 74SP, but mainly higher ACC and HI. He is able to get over hills, for instance the Kernen Omloop(where he got 3rd) is held in Mid-Limburg, which is hilly.
Jasper Ockeloen:
Just about the only good Continental Level climber this year. Not much in Western-Europe but mainly in Eastern-European and Asian 2.1 races. Most impressive was Sibiu Tour, a heavy mountain race(just like in the MG ) where he was consistent and got 5th in both mountain races, among some strong CT and PCT climbers. Also got 7th in the TT(which mainly got him his TT/PRL upgrade)
Tijmen Eising:
A good all-rounder, who likes to attack and has a good sprint himself as well. Is quite all-around, doesn't have trouble with hills, for instance his 13th place at La Gilleppe(Ster ZLM) shows that. Most impressive feat was Dwars Door Drenthe 3rd I'd say, but he has a lot of good placings throughout the season. Also a decent cobbler, IWT Jong Maar Moedig showed that. Not the brightest talent but certainly an useful domestique.
I upgraded him to lvl2 but I do not know if I may do that. He has been riding since 2009 though so I'd say he deserves it. If not, lvl 1 with 5 potential instead.
Jesper Asselman:
A breakaway specialist. Had a good season mainly due to some succesful breaks. Is also both decent in sprinting and hills, though not exceptional. Most notable result is 3rd in Olympia, which he mainly achieved by being in a winning break.
Raymond Kreder:
Surprised he was this weak in MG. Rode 3 seasons at Garmin, and was a fairly decent one. Mainly excelled in sprinting in rough terrains. Got a win in Tour de L'Ain and another one in Garmin Velothon, which had a very strong field. A Top 10 in Vattenfall and a Pologne stage(both a lot of km too, therefore high STA) are also impressive.
I upgraded him to 3XP since I'd say he deserves that by now.
Stefan Poutsma:

Always mainly a TT talent but lately does very well on climbs. Mainly hills, but even some longer climbs, like that Czech race with the impossible name. Upgraded to level 2 but it doesn't make a big difference, he could be fine at 1 as well.
Albert Timmer:
As you know, he was a very important part of Argos' sprinting train and he also likes to attack himself, resulting in a lot of good results in the races he didn't had to serve in the sprinting train. For instance, this is 2 Giro Top 10s(1 on a mountain, even) and a 2nd place in a ToB stage. Deserves an upgrade, should be an addition to any team.
Here are the new guys, also current stats if that's not a big problem?

Peter Koning:
A very good TTist. Impressed at the past 2 NC ITTs, being the only CT rider that gets close or even beats some of the WT pros. He's also a major factor at Metec's TTT train, which gets a lot of great results on the Conti Level. Koning was a huge factor in two of their TTT wins. Can often hang on at hills, but that's all.
Maarten van Trijp:
Named by Alak, but not in his suggestions so figured I'd just do it. As said by Alak, quite all-around buy mainly a sprinter. Had some decent results and is considered a talent. Hestitated between 5 and 6 pot but 5 seems enough.
Jurgen van Diermen:
Wouldn't have known him well without his great Asian results a couple of months ago. Was very very consistent there, finishing Top7 in 7 of the 9 stages of Taihu Lake, a big race on the Asian calendar. Also got a 2nd place in a later Chinese race. Not a great talent but definitely a good guy in the leadout train for CT teams.
Timo Roosen:
Already suggested by Alak but without stats. As Alak said, an all-rounder. Mostly a puncher, but can also TT a bit and also has some cobbled results. Signed a contract with Lotto NL, showing that he's set some steps in his development. It is also his birthday today, btw
Geert van der Weijst:
A great Continental Tour sprinter this year, being the leader of Jo Piels. Had a lot of Top 3s in the Continental races, but also showed he's not bad on higher levels, like he did in Sparkasse, where he got 7th behind guys like Greipel and Degenkolb.
Sjoerd van Ginneken:
A decent sprinting talent who also likes to attack. Got a 2nd place in Avenir and a few Top5s in small races.
Sam Oomen:
A big talent. Very young, only from 1995, and already has some good results, beating a lot of older guys in U23 races(while he's only 19). He was always very dominant at TTs in the U23, but seemingly he focussed more on hilly races. And with success, I'd say. He's a very all-around rider now and definitely has some potential.
At last I'd really really love to have Looij in, one of Alak's suggestions and one of the biggest Dutch talents atm. His HI&SP combination will be great for any PCT&CT team.
(Van der Poel would obviously be amazing to have in, but I would understand if you wait another year)
Will probably come up with some non-Dutch suggestions later, that is, if my way of suggesting is alright
Right so, part 2 - the Frenchmen I've identified as Level 2 and 3 riders. Apologies for doing it in chunks, but trying to avoid creating walls of text and doing it in pieces makes it easier to find time for. If it's an issue I'll delete and put it all in one post.
Tulik is in my opinion a Voeckler-lite, albeit stronger as a sprinter than in the mountains. He has an eye for a successful break and is strong both going uphill as well as having a big engine on the flats. Won one lumpy French classic this year, with 2nd in another. In addition to those results he came 3rd on a Giro stage from the break on a flat stage, and has numerous strong GC results as a result of getting in the break and winning sprints.
The eldest of the three Turgis brothers (Anthony and Tanguy the others) is a decent rider, however not as good as Anthony - this year's LBL U23 winner. He has impressed however, with 9th in this year's Tour de Limousin and 19th on Mont Faron ahead of the likes of Chavanel and Barguil. Also handy on longer climbs, showing well in the Tour des Pays Savoie with 11th on GC.
Winner of the French U23 NC and Paris-Tours U23 last season, Dassonville turned pro this year and impressed from the off. Beat a number of WT riders to finish 2nd in Tro Bro Leon and also took an impressive 3rd in Paris-Troyes. On top of that, took Top 10s in the Classic Loire Atlantique and the Boucles de la Mayenne. Seems like a Matti Breschel type rider - good on hills and Cobbles with a quick finish.
Already mentioned by Alakagom. A puncheur mainly, but strong all round - best results being 3rd in La Poly Normande and 7th in the Tour de Finistere. Also impressed with 18th on Mont Faron ahead of the likes of Chavanel and Barguil, and 16th in the Tour of Norway. Comes from a cyclocross background so great bike handling - some may remember the video of his bike change at the 2013 U23 road WC.
Yet another young French sprinter - arguably only Boudat and Sarreau have greater potential, but I'll cover them in the Level 1 section. 2nd in the Mediterranean Games RR and 6th in La Cote Picarde - winning the group sprint ahead of Rick Zabel - last year. Turned pro this season and continued to impress, with many Top 15s despite predominantly being either a leadout or on his own in the sprints. Best results came in the Tour de Wallonie with three top 10s and 13th overall on a reasonably difficult parcours.
Really burst through onto the scene this season after showing little in previous years. Finished in the front group at LBL U23, as well as a strong 6th overall in the Tour de Normandie early in the year, before becoming a stagiare at Bretagne-Seche. Ended up as an incredibly impressive 6th in the Arctic Race of Norway and winning the semi-mountainous Tour du Jura. Loves to attack, can handle longer climbs - went strongly in the Tour des Pays de Savoie before abandoning - and has a decent sprint.
Another sprinter, but Venturini is also notable for his cyclocross performances with 4 wins and a worst result of 11th from 16 races this cross season. With that in mind and some stronf results in France this season, he appears to be a sprinter with some cobbles ability. Like Laporte he suffered from a lack of support at Cofidis in his first pro season, but there's room for development.
Tarride is a climber who likes to attack. The attacking is not due to lack of talent though - he was 10th in the Tour de l'Ain ahead of the likes of Bouet and Elissonde, and won a stage of the Tour de Alsace in a solo break on the way to 8th overall.
Currently at AWT-Greenway, the feeder team to Etixx - Quick Step, Guerin is more of an all rounder than any sort of specialist. Looking at his result shows an aptitude for TTs alongside hills - he was Top 15 in U23 Lombardia and LBL this year - and cobbles - 11th in Paris-Roubaix U23. Gave the edge to TT, as he always does well in the discipline although last season was weaker than 2013.
