I apologize for very slow pace, but I'll definitely be able to finish this on weekend, if not even tomorrow night!

Well Stannard is really taking things slow, no result in these sprint stages which are expected as we haven't brought a real sprinter here...
Feel sorry for TomTom, someone will be pretty angry :s

Geschke
He is such a beast. Great work by the whole team and a great leadout by Boivin and Saramotins.
So much for the "race does not fit him discussion"
Spoiler Sorry guys, i could not resist

Very good to see Arredondo in the break who is now 1st in KOM and 3rd in GC. Hoping for another breakaway or lots of attacks on stage 3.

Another monotonous stage here for our team, Clavero of course finishing between 10 and 20. Cruz got dropped, unfortunately, but that wasn't of too much importance.
Bring on the exciting battle that will be stages 3 and 4!!

Gratz to Geschke and Evonik! No doubt he's was the strongest again. Luckily Pirmin Lang was "trapped" in Geschke's slipstream another time.
Reto Hollenstein was so close to get some valuable bonus seconds..., but there is no need to complain, 4th in a buch sprint is awesome for a guy with mediocre sprinting skills.
Great race for us till here...
...plus entertaining reads and nice choice of pics.

Very happy that I was wrong. Since last year he it's one of my favourite MG riders. Good to see him winning.
Still thinking it was the right decision as PT probably is nothing for him with stronger fields.
Will take him back when relegating. |

I agree with you. PT would propably be way to hard for him. But since you let him go , there is no way back
Curious to see what yellow jersey bonus will do to my . I predict that Geschke will not be far behind the front.. But hopefully Joeaar can limit his losses, too.

Well, that wasn't great. Mendes always on the brink of getting dropped, while Hawkins completely fucked up his sprint, no other way of saying it. Looking forward to tomorrows hilly stage, where Mendes really needs to take time on the better TT-ists if he wants to achieve our goal.

The next stage should have some fireworks. Although I prefer it when Bonsucro riders attack, the next stage is all about limiting losses.

Great race for Evonik and Geschke so far, congrats. I am somewhat shocked that game cannot create gaps, when they are clearly visible, that was at least 10 seconds for leading duo on that picture...

Rather disappointing day for Feillu, he put in a nice bid but unfortunately was chased down, and had to finish in the main field. GC wise, he's not impressing all that much either.
Looking forward to the TT, to see if we can grab a good placing or not.

Well expected more from Delio Fernandez but both Moinard and Arredondo not doing too badly there. The TT should shake things up a bit though.
My GC predictions after Stage 4:
1. Marentes- 70TT
2. Mendes- 69TT
3. Hollenstein- 73TT
4. Haas- 68TT
5. Moinard- 66TT
6. Geschke- 56TT
7. Lang- 64TT
8. Rosa- 66TT
9. Arredondo- 62TT
10. Sørensen- 59TT
Outside the top 6 it could be ever so slightly different.

35km should produce huge gaps. So Elijzen and Joeear will be up there, but Mendes, Marentes and Hollenstein could all hang on. |

Rodrigo Melo putting in the ride of the stage. Great aggressive riding like that is what we like to see.
LLS - Your predictions should be well off, however it is PCM ..... Even with a 3'00 gap Nicácio, Joearr and Elijzen should pass him. |

Nothing with the game...Time gaps at the finish can be changed in the stage maker. Seems this stage had too big time gap set.
