Strange that the break made it after all that chasing from the peleton, we were practically invisible, Wu finished 20th i think, nothing really of note... lets move on!

As soon as sprinters started being dropped it looked like conditions were tough were they? No mention of wind in report? In general I think it was reported well just that one detail I would have liked.
Welcome to Australia, and this isn’t the weather you’d expect this time a year here. It’s cold, windy, and there might fall some rain during this race. But that shouldn’t stop the riders from making a nice race to watch!
I stand corrected Still with windy races it needs mentioning often for old lazy peeps like me!

Sarawut!!!
Never expected a win here, January turns out better than expected.
After my leader Uugunbayar dropped I got already very angry, I never thought Sarawut could hold on to the win, second race, first win. I am already very happy, although the rest of the team underperformed. My second best rider is 68th.. |

surprised you didn't notice the echelons on the screens on straights.

Can't complain, got our fair share. Martin Kohler did surprisingly well as 16th.
Gratz to bikex and thanks for the nice Report, fjhoekie!

Disagree with this statement - we should not be left to assume what is happening. As I said originally, we should be told of what is happening and if possible why it is happening.

I'm slowly but surely starting to hate PCM. Serebriakov sprinted well, but I don't understand why it was so hard to catch the break.

Break is usually faster than peloton in closing kilometres, dont ask me why.
Congrats to the surprising winner.
