One small question:
Can I somehow update my current career (using the previous pcmdaily DB) to the new pack? I'm still not sure I want to start a whole new career. I'm starting to get attached to my riders (and all the mistakes I made).

What do you mean by "update"? Most features of the Expansion Pack will only be added if you start a new career (new races/teams/cyclists/stats), but some things will apply to the old one too (most graphics, variants).
