It should be easy to fix Check if there are folders called "allemand", "espagnol", "hollandais" etc in these three locations:
- main PCM folder/3D/Landscapes/Borders
- main PCM folder/3D/Podium
- main PCM folder/3D/Sprints
Just get right of all folders named "hollandais" (assuming you have the Dutch version of the game)
