In other news, Gilbert's schedule is getting more shape. Starting in TDU, he'll peek for the Ardennes, and not RvV (which he should to one year, but not now, imo). Possibly/probably he'll skip the tour because he's aiming at Firenze 2013, so he'll ride the Vuelta.
Valverde's going for *gasp* the Tour. What a surprise. Said something interesting though. Said that his power numbers from this Vuelta were higher than when he won it in 2009.
Quintana will lead Movistar at the Giro.

Apparently Quintana is set to go to Tour to help Valverde. So no Giro in plans it seems.
Then again a few weeks ago he was saying he was trying to convince Valverde to try the Giro so it might be changing by the hour

RaboBank/White Label refused entry to Tour of Qatar by ASO, and their entry to Oman is also on the rocks. ASO only want 2 dutch teams in the race and have gone for Argos and Vacancsoleil.
Speaking of german riders, the big revelation that Tyler Hamilton said was going to shock the world of cycling?
Jens Voigt is a doper.
You're late Tyler. Very late. Jaksche and Kohl already said the same thing years ago. Story of your life.
And even if they hadn't, who would seriously be surprised that the 1,90m 80kg powerhouse was on drugs when he suddenly started dropping Leipheimer, Evans, Cunego, Gesink, etc. on a 10% average climb to win his home tour?
Go back to bed Hamilton. And get rid of the stupid fake tan you look like an oompa loompa
