3 quick questions:
1. How will the fines be payed?
2. Will there be a transfers between teams part in this round?
3. Will be able to sack a rider in a different period of the season in order to pay fines?
If these questions have already been answered before, sorry

So there is just going to be 3.1 and 3,2 for the transfers this round? No 3.3?

DB for round 3.1: https://www.mediafire.com/?g5ju68fzqt...8fzqtm01yg
I can only give you 20 hours for round 3.2, because I'm leaving tomorrow for ~2 weeks and want to finish the transfers season till then.
As always budget in the spoiler.

Team finally filled.
I should be happy, but with only 105 spare money I'm gonna have a really hard time druring next renewals and I doubt I can do anything with that money..
By the way, when will we be able to use those training packs?
EDIT: Just compared my team to the 2014 one.
2014 min wages combined: 5970
2015 min wages combined: 7780
Seems like I've been able to improve my team pretty much

Hmm, looks like I've managed to fullfill my objectives in the 3.1 let's hope to win the bids in the 3.2, I will be even able to spend a bit on the scouting research

Managed to get Brent Bookwalter to bolster my TTT. That means I have 2 USA riders, still not very impressive for a team with Pepsi as a sponsor but better than just 1.

Done. Very good. Liberty - Seguros will invest a shit ton of money in research whilst also having begun the generation swap slowly. Team-wise, we're not as strong as previous season but Contador and Purito should score horrendous amounts again hopefully and I hope for some decent development. The additional races should come in handy for that to help my decent second line score valuable points.
Thank God Ollfardh signed Stallaert. I would have hated myself if he was still free after this round.

Considering i should have Boswell and no money i am far from pleased. If i miss out in 3.2 i'll probably go ballistic in thread so some forewarning on that. I should pick up the one rider i need with that bid and complete my squad which i still like a lot. Just hoping i don't have murder a user over Christmas, cause that would put a downer on things.

I got De Haes, after all that bikex. I just get De Haes for minimum wage.
Got 55 left for scouting/research, not particularly great, but I have a strong team, so hopefully it will be enough,
I'm really looking forward to this season. I might even be able to make the world tour, well that's the goal.
Also, I've got 3 sprinters, but I'm pretty sure Peluchhi and Veelers can race as either a lead-out or a sprinter, so I'll use De Haes and just see how it goes.
