I hope to get a message from at least all of those teams even the ones that were not so active the last round. No fix deadline for now as the season can only start mid August anyways as I'm quite busy with exams until then.
This is the last round, please try to fill your team here. If you fail to do so you are still allowed to pick left over riders from the Free Agency afterwards.
So the rider's wage, when i enter it, is actually multiplying the amount of wage budget remaining by 5.

I've had the same error, if you remove the *5;"" from the formula in L3 it should work. My sheet now has
=IF(J2<>"";L2-SUM(E$1:E$1048576))
When I first opened the file it appeared that all of row 3 on the transfers tab wasn't working properly, but now I have this issue instead. I assume something went wrong while fixing the first issue?
EDIT:I think it might have been caused by taking out the 'sacking' option that we had before this round.

Yes the file was messed up, I've now replaced it on the same link with an updated version. Either download this or OZrocker's solution also works. He's right that this was because removing the sacking option.
Sorry I don't really have much time these days.

This calendar is not the final version, though, if you have any ideas or complains please make them clear soon. I might add up to 2 stage races to CT.2 one of them De Panne and the other a mountainous like Oman or San Luis, I'm not sure though. To the WT a one day race could still fit on the calendar, maybe something mountainous, as there is no mountain WT one day race or something with cobbles?

Exactly 18 riders having spent exactly 4850! Don't know whether that's a good thing or a bad thing. Probably a bad thing coz I don't have any spare left for training/research etc.

some teams seem to plan on massive talent research...and I´m just glad to have brought in my GT domestiques and on the same way cycling legends Evans, Scarponi & Sammy Sanchez
would like de Panne and San Luis for CT.2 - maybe Tatranska Classic as 1-day race or something heavily cobbled...I´d still like the MG Tour du Faso in the WT though (3 stages, mainly cobbled)...
@Abishkek: remember that there are 100 per team for both training and research left
