How could nice people not top it?
And I had Robin Sparkles in, but decided at the last moment that I wanted to go for the win for a change.
Also, how can Canucks not top it?

I really wanted to put Alanis Morrisette, but decided it wouldn't score high enough. Still only got 1 point anyway

Round 4 - Asia
1. Name a country part of the ASEAN (for non-googlers, Southeast Asia)
Indonesia and Thailand were the best answers with 4 points each. trekbmc technically filed a wrong answer.
Spoiler 4x Indonesia
4x Thailand
2x Malaysia
1x Brunei
1x China
1x Laos
1x Myanmar
1x Philippines
2. Name a city in the Middle East
Baghdad came out on top, followed by Dubai. rogvi97 and SSJ2Luigi probably misread the question.
Spoiler 4x Baghdad
3x Dubai
1x Abu Dhabi
1x Bandar Abbas
1x Cairo
1x Damascus
1x Israel
1x Istanbul
1x Kirkuk
1x Saudi Arabia
1x Umm al-Qaiwain
3. Name an Asian cyclist
Of course the easiest answer would be Yukiya Arashiro. 9 points if you had him.
Spoiler 9x Yukiya Arashiro
2x Cheng Ji
1x Marios Athanasiades
1x Alex Ariya Destribois-Coudroy
1x Maxim Iglinskiy
1x Dexiang Liu
1x Mirsamad Poorseyedigolakhour
4. Name a war that took place in Asia
6 points for the Vietnam War!
Spoiler 6x Vietnam War
2x Iraq War
2x Korean War
1x Afghanistan War
1x Boxer War
1x Chola invasion of Kalinga
1x Gulf War
1x Nepalese Civil War
1x Second World War
5. Name something typically Asian
When you think of Asia, most of you think about food. Whether it's just food (4) or rice (5) or sushi (2).
Spoiler 5x Rice
4x Food
2x Sushi
1x Backpacking
1x Chopsticks
1x Hentai
1x Photo?
1x Slit-eyes
No perfect round, which would have been just 28 points. Lakebeach wins the round with a mere 27 points. rogvi97 and OZrocker complete the podium for this round, with Selwink just off it. 3 succesful five-pointers.

A not so good round from knockout and a 'better' round by Selwink means we have a swap at the top! It seems like they will be fighting for victory in the last round, number 3 nacho63 is 10 points behind.

You could argue that Gulf War and Iraq war is the same. But when deciding for Iraq war I knew there could be problems due to the different ones.
Vietnam war would have been the far more obvious choice.
And luckily I remembered Arashiro. First wanted to take Cheng Ji.
Thanks for the hosting and congrats Selwink. |

OZrocker and I, our scores are so similar all the time- we tied last game. Even when I miss a round, we are within 4 points of each other currently.
I still might be able to make the top 10!
Not even sure what I was thinking with China and I considered the Vietnam war, but went with Iraq, thinking it was more recent and a lot of American users would pick it, but I was wrong.
Funny how Beppu wasn't picked.

Yay, much better this time! Looks like at least one of trekbmc and I could get into the top ten again, but it's going to be close
EDIT: Still one round left, roturn

Tied again?
At least you got a 9th (or something like that, I forget) in the first round. I've only got 10ths so far.

Some really random answers out there making it a much lower scoring round. Look forward to the final. What none of you expect is for me to score 200points to win! Mwahahahaha
