These are only the .cdb files. The full pack, including jerseys, stages etc. is yet to come

Whoops, thought this was for the Expansion Pack
You must have misinstalled the DB, try reinstalling the DB and read the delivered instructions

Well.
I reinstalled game and lanch RealName DB and select PCMdailyRealNameDB-2012NC. It's same.
Belkin, BMC and other team haven't maillot. :S
EDIT: I know my mistake....

Have you extracted the files to the correct folder? Is your game folder called Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013? If not, and you continued through the installer, then that might be the problem here

I decided to reinstall pcm because I had itapack. clean game worked (I tried a stage, not a career). runtime error occurs when I try to start a career |

Does it happen every time you try to start a career or did you try only once? It's not rare that the games sometimes crashes randomly when you click on one of the game modes (career, single stage, etc), so if it was only once that's probably it. But if it happens everytime: does it happen with the Off Release (Expansion Pack installed, but Off. Release chosen in the DB options)?

You have not installed the Expansion Pack to the correct folder.
If you have the Steam version, you have to manually change the installation path. In most cases, the correct path is something like C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013.
If you have the regular version, please check that your installation folder says 'Season 2013'. If it's e.g. 'Saison 2013' or 'Seizonen 2013' or similar, you may have to change the installation path too.

I have big problems with rider potential in my career. For generated riders the potential works fine, but for a rider like Sondre Holst Enger it doesn't. He is now 21 years old and he has no more stars for the Hill stat, which stopped at 76. A buddy of mine got it to 80 in his save. He also got the Endurance up to 85, which I will not even get close to. We botb used this DB! I have played three careers with this DB, and the potential has been horrible every single time. And that for HUGE talents!! At least IRL...

Well, the potential is indicative to a certain extent, and a rider's development very much depends on how YOU make him develop. If for example you assign him to a trainer with low stats in Enger's worst specialisation (Mountain?) he won't develop in the "right" stats, in this case sprint and hills. Not sure what potential Enger's got in the db but I would guess 6 or 7 (in a scale where the max is 8 and is hardly given to a rider because it makes them too op), 6 eg means that he will easily reach 78 in a stat if trained in the right way, you can take a look at it in the xmls that you find in the game folder.

I have just brought in a lot of young riders for my next career season, and none of them has any potential, it's not just Enger. I have brought in Aru, Kelderman, Bouhanni and Ion Izagirre among others. I just think it's odd that I don't seem to ever get a livable career. My save has to bugged somehow.
Have you used this DB, or do you recommend using the PCM.daily's Expansion Pack instead?
