I'm more interested in how he got a video of stage 76. By my math that stage isn't until March 5th....assuming no rest days

You are welcome to try it yourself. We get the quality which the streamers give us.
I didn't complain at all, I just pointed out to baseball that the resolution is crap. Because when you watch sporting events broadcasted from Argentina you realize it's apparently part of Africa (EDIT: And just try to use a phone there. The line quality is literally better in most of Africa)
Besides, I personally could never capture stage 76. It doesn't start for another 2 months.

Btw, Failured, thanks a lot for doing this 'service' on high frequence. Like bblover I sometimes also am amazed about how fast the video is up, and it's great for watching/re-watching the end of the race until more complete videos are uploaded

Perfect lead-out from Lampre, no chance for Sagan to make the ground after the bend,just 100metres from finish. At least he was visible for the first time.
