No, those are just .tga files. I can't create NCs without having the photoshop file, which means I can only make them for the jerseys I make myself.
I could make them, but it would take alot of time, time I don't have nor do I feel like spending in on a few NCs.

I know it's kinda simply, but with your wishes, this was what I could come up with. Since he died from cancer, I added the Livestrong stripes to the jersey aswell.
About the NCs/WCs, I decided not to make them after a while thinking, as they would be hard to make, keeping those pictures and so on.

However it isn't impossible you say? Cause in that case I could look on my dads computer which has photoshop and try to make a photoshop file from the jersey there which could make your job alot easier right?

What dizzle means is for him to make the colombia shirt he would need the photoshop file with all the layers and sponsors on i think which means he can add the NC layer over it and then add and change the sponsors over that. |

Exactly. Without the photoshop file, I would have to re-create the entire jersey before turning them into NCs, and it's simply not worth spending all that time for a few NCs, sorry.

No ok I totally get your point, well I did ask someone else to make me a new jersey some time ago but he just dissapeared so maybe you could make me a new CEP jersey and then some NC's for it, as I said those NC's don't need to be done ASAP if you don't have time for them.
Could you do me a favor and make a new Colombia es Pasion jersey, the current one is really dull a bit more colour (more red) could do the work and it would be sweet if you could maybe make the colombian flag or colours more prominent.
Well that doesn't matter that much, just make sure that Colombia es Pasion is clearly visible and Cafe de Colombia as a 2nd sponsor, I found these sponsors online: Specialized, Hutchinson, Shimano Dura Ace, Selle Italia. So you could include those in small then
Many thanks in advance, please don't feel like I'm making you do this just for the NC jerseys its just that I had this request already some time ago and I thought maybe you could atleast make this one for me and later on it would make the creating of the NC jerseys a heck of a lot easier aswell for you probably. Since I don't have any programs to convert the jerseys could you please upload the TGA. file when its finished, minijerseys are not needed really, I saw you had some trouble saving dds. files so just leave that be if it is impossible.
