The remaining should all be Portuguese I guess
Might just be my ignorance but why?
As their license is portuguese they need at least 1/3 of the riders (or maybe 1/4 I'm not sure ) from there

Well, Colnago and Farnese Vini were registered in Ireland and Great Britain respectively, and they never signed riders from those countries... |

hmm kinda funny for an Italian-sponsored team based in Toscany collaborating with a Danish/Russian sponsored team to have Portuguese license
But thanks - I did not know that

But in this case the laws of the Portuguese federation require that the team has a certain percentage of national cyclists. Or there is no license for anyone
Edit: And so far cyclists Portuguese are these:
Amaro Antunes
António Barbio
Pedro Paulinho
Rafael Reis

Exactly, different federations, different rules. Although it's usually quite easy to evade the rules, for example by listing (Portuguese) team crew as riders. |

Yup, just register mechanics as riders. Done.

Didn't know about that. The Portuguese riders in the team have got great talent, especially Rafael Reis, as mentioned. Looking forward to see him next year. |

But the team does not intend to run any race in Portugal, and the name will be Flaminia - Tinkoff Bank. And serve as a development team for the Saxo-Tinkoff

Not surprising after his fallout post Tour.
Will be very interesting how he does though compared to this season.

I like the transfers Riis has done this season, we can see he got some money again. Creating a new and strong team that should be able to support Contador and get good results without him.

I think he has done well for himself, as he was always going to do (as much as everyone does hate him, you have to admit that he is a genius when it comes to surviving). Rogers is a little bit iffy though - I get the sense that last season was one off and only really worked for him because of the way that Sky was riding (TTT up mountains, etc) which may not work so well when he has to put in shorter hard bursts to set up Contador. We will see, but I'm skeptical. And if Riis tries to use him as a leader, I can't see that ending well.

Linus Gerdemann is teamless for next season, he was only told Radioshack were letting him go 2 weeks ago.

He should be a nice rider for many teams, wouldn't suprise me if he went to Riis again, if there isn't any hard feelings there? (I don't know) Other teams that could be interested in him?

He definitely won't be teamless, at least he shouldn't be. Guy like that could be in any team he want, imo! |

He could get in to most teams for sure, problem is, who has room left on their roster or the money left over to afford a guy like him? |
