1. To convert PCM 2016 jersey to 2015, you only have to change the dimensions of the jersey with Photoshop?
2. In order to be able to play with jerseys that you download, you only have to put the jersey in the right folder, or is also needed the mini-maillot?

Paint.net is a free program, Photoshop is not. So my Guess if someone only want to rezise a jersey to pcm 15 its more than enough! I use paint.net to make my jerseys, but i cant use it to bend logos. For that purpose i use Gimp which is another free program.

Irfan view can resize jerseys in bulks, I always use that one and it's free.
You don't need a mini to play with the jersey itself.

Whilst I have 9 other jerseys to create for the Daily DB it is a no, but a pack might be released after that is done.
