I mostly post in cycling threads & story games forum anyway. Since I ran two stories, I guess that added A LOT of posts. Pretty sure most of Ian's post comes from there too eg, so it's far from spam. But I think I'm sorta stating the obvious here.

I don't have a problem with trolling people like a 5 year old and I don't give a shit how much he contributes or fails to, but when that same person is complaining about others then there is a problem

So I don't visit the café for a few days, because of my new game and the fact that I was bored by that university discussion and I look to find that I'm on some list for amounts of posts. I don't really understand the first one though, why does it just mean gap between first and last post ever? At least I'm up there on the second 1. 
btw: I think this is the first time I've ever been picked for one of these things.

The first one isn't too hard, actually.
It's post per day, but days are counted in (date of last post - date of first post), so only the active period of the user is taken into account.
And yeah you've been picked because of your potential high score on the 2nd and well that was kinda spot on ,)

Close, the formula for the first table is post count/number of days between first post and last post. For example, if you made 500 posts and the first was 90 days ago, you would get
500/90=5.55 posts per day.
EDIT: Or I could just let Jesley explain it :P
