Looks like I didn't miss anything today. Oh well, stupid stage design is stupid.
Well the tacks ended any chance of attacks on the descent, which could have made it interesting

Doubt anyone would have attacked with 20km of flat after the descent. It's just incredible how retarded they can be.

Pescheux showed ITV the tacks. They exist for sure.

Some French team riders sprinted to the finish at the head of the peloton, 18 minutes after LLS. I wonder why no Saxobank rider was up there as well

Maybe he heard over the Europcar radio ' ... a tack' and thought, ' I will attack then'
In all seriousness, there are a lot of language issues at the Tour (particularly between teams) and in the heat of the moment stupid decisions can be made. It was the wrong thing to do, but he did eventually sit up and that's something.

He'll gain 30 minutes in the Champs-Élysées. Cobbles favour him.

What doesn't favour him!
Seriously: He's gonna win a 3 week tour someday.

@inrng
Sagan tells TV that when he's bored of winning one day classics he'll think about losing muscle mass to try and win a grand tour.

For that he'll have to win a one day classic first. So far he hasn't won any.

Some of us would love it thoug, i can tell
Nice try from Peter again, he is great with these attacks, so much joy...
Also great Lulu,making in 1-2 for my fantasy team, he is great rider.
And those pins, people can so stupid, this is sad.
It ruined the small chance of something happening apart from stage win fight.

Seriously, he should spend 5 years being a classics specialist/green jersey rider then go off and win a few GTs. He would go down as one of the top riders of all time and would have one of the most extensive palmares of all time beyond guys like Merckx.
