Why are people listening to that retard? Not only did he almost die from doping but he also tried to enter a race halfway through.
Ricco knows how to be doped. Shore, he's a liar. But when even one of the most doped riders in history of cycling says it, it shows. |

Yeah, but what if the cleanest rider in history would claim that Froome isn't doped? All Im saying is that Ricco is a joke and shouldn't be listened to at all. |

News on the drug GAS6 that Thomas Frei mentioned when talking about Froome.
It's undetectable and has the same effect as EPO. It was developed by a belgian university team led by......Leinders.
EDIT: Belgian not dutch. Duh.

That would be a serious accusation, though.
But isn't it possible to find a way to trace it? Everything leaves a mark, no? |

The reason it takes a bare minimum of 5 years and most likely 10-20 to develop a test for a drug is that most of the drugs occur naturally in the body.
It's not about testing for the presence of the drug, it's about inventing a new technology that would allow you to differentiate between natural and exogenous.
We all have EPO in our blood, the question is who has exogenous EPO.

I know, but wouldn't there be a way to detect if some stuff was shoved in, to say it like that? Or is it just like a super-pill that leaves no trace?
Doesn't blood passport help there? Unless they've been doping since 18 years old |

Serious acusation. Leinders is not at Sky anymore right? Cause that may be the reason he got fired, to develop the drug without leaving suspicions. |

There are articles about the drug dating back to 2008

I just read something interesting in the german Newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine!
David Walsh, an Irish Journalist who was one of Armstrongs first and biggest critiques (as for doping in cycling in General) for those of you who dont know him, has been hired by sky and given full insights into the team at the beginning of the season...
Apparently, Walsh has only praise for Froome and is quoted to be "starting to finally believe in this race" (talking about this years Tour)...
Talk about controlling the media to cover up any suspicious activity...
Again it sounds like a conspiracy theory and my conclusion could very well be a longshot again... Same as with the Porte Issue.
Also, that Walsh is part of skys media team may not be news to some of you, but It surprised me and Im pretty sure it will be news to some oter people.
EDIT: It was David Walsh of course... Somehow between reading 2 articles, i merged Walsh and Kimmage into one...

The second comment below the article:
''I hope it comes back clean as a whistle and they shove the results right up Kimmage's fat clueless arse.''

Quintana stuck with him? and he attacks for fun is he not doping aswell ? if someone from youre country was to be winning the tour, say contador from Spain or Mollema/Gesink/Ten Dam from Holland then would you say that they would dope aswell ?
Santambrogio doped in the Giro and Nibali kept with him up the steep climbs so did he not dope aswell ? see what youre saying is ludicrous,
That Santambrogio bit is interesting, we knew he doped as he didnt have any big results to justify his performance while Nibali did, and we all know of a certain (kenyan) climber that manages to drop everyone while I can't remember of a single decent result before the 2011 Vuelta... hmmm...
