Great work though BikeX - Tachira looks like another nailbiter. Not much to say about Paris Nice, the startlist is a bit too strong for my Saeco C team, gotta hope for a bit of breakaway luck.

TVG going very nicely in Tachira, Rolland and Bardet doing ok as well. My lord are we a pretty one-dimensional team

Might be a bit late but I was quite buisy the past days.
I'm pretty happy with Duque showing our shirt in breakaways in Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Strade Bianche. Betancurs fifth place at Strade Bianche is a good start of the season, but I think he could do even better with a little luck.
Tachira is the first goal of the season and kind of my teams home race.
Quintana's second stage win this season makes hope for more although the competition is very strong with both Nibali and Rodriguez. The hard stages are still to come, everything is possible

Cunego not doing too badly in Tachira.
I'm hoping Costa and Velits can try get 1-2 in Paris-Nice.

Wow, Moser looking freakingly strong in the first days of Paris-Nice, didn't expect such a result in the opening TT! Great to be in the 7th place at this stage, where I only see Costa in front of him being a real contender for the win. Probably his real threats will be the ones aback him. Yes he's definitely acting very strong, Bouet having some great days as well, a bit disappointed about my sprinters nevertheless, even though I didn't send the best sprint train (Palini being the best sprinter at P-N), I was expecting a bit more. Anyway, Guarnieri definitely had an exploit when he got a 9th place although having not a sky high sprint stat. Quite happy in the whole

Florian Guillou adding to his KOM jersey collection, this time in Paris-Nice .
Tom Dumoulin in 8th, expecting him to improve on this after the 38km TT on stage 5.

Paris-Nice isn't going well.
I've got 4 riders still in contention for GC, but it's hard to see Cherel to anything, Dehaes will falter in the mountains, so I've got to hope that Pauwels or Albasini can stay near the front.

^ There are no mountains in this Paris-Nice.
Táchira going allright for us, Porte should be targeting the top 5 though. Rodriguez on fire in the Spanish NC for Liberty.
Next up at Paris Nice is the long TT. Win it Wiggins. If we can get Brad in the yellow jersey it might be very difficult for him to lose it.

I could've sworn a brought Chavenal.

Ok, good results by Liberty in Veneuzuela although Intxausti fucked up big time on the last stage. Should have kept himself in the GC instead of falling right through. Maybe this will open up my riders for some breakaway action too.
Purito within range although he'll probably lose to Quintana and Nibali probably in the upcoming tough mountain stages. Anything's possible though, Vamos!!

A rider in the on each day in Capital Tour, and so close with Tuft in Eritrea - not bad for Rapha-Rouleur.
Disappointed with the performance of our big sprinter Kluge so far at P-N! 73rd is not good enough on a sprinter's stage!

Bouhanni 12th in Clasica Tirrenno was a really bad performance. Kwiatkowski making some more points in Strade Bianche to secure his WT lead.
Tachira 1st stage was amazing. 5 guys in the first group and 4th and 6th with my sprinters. I really hoped there would come some more, but my guys are staying in the pack everyday and do nothing!

TVG is killing it in Tachira for 4th place! Never going to match those 80+ climbers he is definately best of the rest and bringing in the regular points. Kern with a couple of good stages and into the Top25, whilst Bardet and Rolland keep chipping away. Leading the Team Comp is a nice bonus as well. Very good race, just want to hold on!

Purito riding very well, keeping up with Quintana in the mountains. But the team kinda sucks, no breakaways meh. I'd like to have at least one stage win in Tachira, compared to Purito's dominance here last year the score is very, very disappointing. I very much doubt he'll win points ranking this season again.
Nibali long gone with leader jersey unfortunately.

WTF guys?
Moser first with a pretty nice top ten in stage 4 and then? What the actual fuck happened in the tt? Almost two minutes from Velits, jeez, that's a bit too much, isn't it?
Nonetheless, 3 stages remain and I'm sure that Moser can step into the top 10 once again, hopefully Bouet can give it a try as well
Would be nice if Moser can gain enough time to make up for the tt and win the white jersey as well. Taking a look at the last 3 stages profiles, I can see that they will be the tougher ones of the race, which would be both good and bad news because I'm not sure what to think after the tt...
On the other hand, I can see a wild Pizzaballa trying to carry home the polka dot jersey!

Wiggins might have been -5 in the TT, but he did look good in the British NC.
Would be very happy to hold a podium there.
Pretty funny that Porte was a bit down on the last stage in Táchira, yet moves up to 5th in GC! There is an outside chance he could make fourth yet, if good recovery kicks in. |
