Nothing new for us here unfortunately. Kortsidakis and Karatzios tried, but the race was controlled from far out. I liked the idea of attacking the race, but the end result was the same. No riders inside the top 50. I wonder if Kortsidakis is worth training to 80COB, given how far he's behind with 76.
Congrats to Croatia for the start of the "defensive part" of the season

Don't worry about it. Training Kortsidakis did not only make Kortsidakis worse, it also made Karatzios worse

Bit of a surprise win tbh, didn't see how Pedersen could lose this one. But it looks like Per just loves Paris - Roubaix, congrats! I guess his advantage is that once he's gone, almost nobody can get him back - and so he pulled some outsiders to a great result as well! Too bad that Spengler couldn't net a podium here, but I guess that was to be expected with his sprint "skills"...
Commiserations to Oleg, worst possible moment for a puncture And thanks to LLS for the report, was a nice read

Auch, bad race by Zepuntke. Looking at the cobbled races so far I guess his main concern might be the length of the race. Great report again LLS, thanks for that. Bit of a surprise winner in Per, but doesn't always have to be the best rider to win it of course

(Catching up a bit):
Thought we did a decent race to be fair, but Pedersen just lacked the top legs that he had in Sanremo and in RvV. That's just bike racing! Congrats on the win, Croatia
Thanks for the report, LLS!
