Not good for us. Barely Top 30. Hopefully can grab some more points somewhere else.

Quite funny to see Cav miles ahead then beaten by his lead out man after a major collapse. Maybe he can figure out where the finish line is in the remaining stages?

That's improvement! Much better positioning and very close to the bonus seconds, unfortunately just on the wrong side. Helpful for us with the split for our three best riders, though it "kills" the breakaway possibilities for the others, other than a KoM attempt at the last stage.
Thanks for the report, cunego!

If Demare follows Aregger, he wins this.

The team is looking good. And good to see Grosu get a podium. Hoping for a win now and maybe Van Poppel sneaking into another top 10 for some more bonus seconds.

I just realized we are in this race. Decent from Kolev and Calmejane, but nothing big here.

Solid stage and good to see Ringheim in the break. Wouldn't mind that again tomorrow, aiming for the KoM.
Our main riders alert at the split again and Pedersen in white is a bonus. Hope he can hang on to that. The last stage should be the best for us due to the length, so hopefully that comes in to play.
Exciting sprint and it was certainly Grosu who timed it best and now also find himself in the lead after Degenkolb missed completly. Very tight, so looking forward to seeing who ends up as the GC winner tomorow.

Hamilton keeps racking up points (up to 20 already)!
Will most likely lose the KoM jersey on stage 4, but should still score a few more. Considering the absolute shambolic team we sent here, 20 is already quite massive

This has been a very costly and frankly unacceptable mistake. We're throwing away our good position from day 1. It's especially annoying that Moser benefitted greatly today.
Still, anything up to third is still possible if we actually get a sprint right for once.

A podium place for Samolenkov in the last stage could still make this a very profitable race.

Was hoping for a win, but taking the lead is completely unexpected. Hopefully Grosu can keep it up after the last stage as well. The team doing some excellent work.

It's very, very unpredictable at the pointy end here, that's for sure. Degenkolb missing out completely is a surprise, and suddenly it's wide open before the final stage.
For my own team, I'm not happy to see us be completely passive. On the first stage we at least tried to chase the breakaway when we didn't join it. After that, we have done even less |

That was a classic curse of the yellow jersey performance - don't sprint but lead in the folks who didn't. But better to be second than first going into the last stage.

Just some thoughts here, because I wasn't super happy with how the sprints played out from an AI point of view on a per stage basis. But when looking at the final GC, it actually kind of works. If you rank the sprinters who were present (excluding leadouts) by sprint first, acceleration second and flat/res third (not the perfect ranking, but an approximation at least), this is the Top 11 with their respective GC rank.
You have one major overperformer (Kennaugh, but by now that's not even that big of a surprise I think, plus it might be explained at least somewhat by his very high flat stat) and one major underperformer (Degenkolb, who may have been affected by the yellow jersey curse, although he did somewhat well in yellow on day two and terrible even without yellow on day four, so maybe just the short end of the stick from RNG - also a bit puzzling why the game didn’t try to use his very capable support team).
But other than that, everyone is within one place (or in the case of Bewley two) of where they "should" be. So, as frustrating as it was for me (and possibly some of you) to watch the sprints like there was a lot of randomness involved, there is apparently some kind of method to the madness.

Thanks for the reports, cunego! Surprising to see Degenkolb flop again, but good to see the result be somewhat close to the sprinters ranking you've presented.
For us it ended up being a quite good race. We knew bonus seconds in the sprints would be hard, but getting three of the top four guys outside of the bonus seconds, the youth jersey and 2nd in the team classification is a solid result in a race where we didn't expect many points. A bit surprised to see the last stage being raced so passive, especially with the bonus seconds in play at the intermediate sprints.
Congrats to CT on the win. Kennaugh is just such a consistent point scorer at a high level.
Edit: Just went over the team GC as I realised it must be the automated list from the game. It should be:
1. Ebuddy (172 in stage positions for top three on each stage)
2. Moser (211)
3. Puma (243)
4. Adastra (248)
5. Grieg (288)
6. Kraftwerk (328)
7. Air France (379)
8. Volvo (393)
9. Minions (420)
10. Tinkoff (458)
11. Bakkafrost (490)
12. Isostar (728)
