Beltran you dummy you're suppose to wait for the sprint!!
In the end 10th is an okayish result given the startlist, but probably not enough given our standings. Two of Beltran's race days wasted with not enough to show for it. Everything looked to be going to plan with the mostly passive ride up the final climb, but I guess now we'll never know
Thanks for the report Kentaurus

Shame that Beltran couldn't pull it off. Huge upset by Berhane, incredible how ISA-Hexacta is overperforming all year. Awesome stuff, congratulations

You know Garby, I sure wasn't expecting much, but 55th? As a 79 mountain climber here? That I just can't explain. He finished behind freaking Fabbro. Jeez. At this point nothing surprises me with him. These performances just ensure relegation.

Not sure how my strongest MO rider, with 79 MO finished 10 minutes down
This game is a joke.

Totally disappointed with the outcome of this race. The team did well and worked very hard throughout the race, but in the end Roglic failed and not even the top 10 managed.
Congrats ISA and thanks for the report Kentaurus

I think this is the biggest surprise result of the season for ISA - Hexacta. Berhane in this start list looks solid most likely in 5th, but to beat legends like Plu-bear and Tenorio on their favoured terrain is quite special. Natnael was obviously inspired riding in East Africa, and was in great spirits pre-race having had the opportunity to visit his family in Eritrea prior to the race before arriving here in Kenya. Let us hope that he has not peaked to soon in the season with his absoulte key target race at the ToA starting to loom large on the horizon. Was good to see our domestique crew doing solid work earlier in the race to ensure the BotD was not given too much rope.
Many thanks for the congrats folks, and of course appreciation to Kent for the reporting duties.
