Thank you for the report!
Nice to see Amezawa in the breakaway, he should be capable of more in a couple of years time
Big congratulations to dev on the win! Nice to see the greatest puncheurs fight it out like that, just a pity it all started on the penultimate climb and not earlier, especially with the no show from most otheer contenders.
Vakoc in 23rd isn't really that bad, eventhough you always hope for more, as quite a lot more is possible in such races on the right daily form.
Also a very strong result by Isostar there with four riders top 21. That has to qualify for more than "somehow decent", I feel |

Not bad for us with a top15 and a top25. Space for improvement in the next challenges though.
Good dominant win from the ever reliable Ponzi! Congrats dev!

Rather boring race - and obviously, you can't beat Ponzi if you don't try. That being said, pleased with 2nd for EBH. |

6th is definitely a good result for Ginanni in this field.
Shame none of our other rirders managed to enter the top 30. But on the other hand 4 guys between places 31 and 50 is pretty nice.
Thanks for the report and congrats to dev for a deserved win.

Too bad that the AI didn't give everybody a fair chance at winning the race, but what a lovely day of bike riding for Kelderman!
A great effort up to the Cauberg to keep the chasers at distance and catch up to the lead group, even if it didn't help beating any of them in the end. Getting back into podium contention by the flamme rouge was very strong.
5th here should relieve some pressure for the other two races.
Sadly, Arndt and/or Felline couldn't take much advantage of the slower race, but at least both added solid points.
Congrats to Hugo Boss who clearly needed this after Alarcon's Giro to be back in title contention, and Air France can use the points as well.
Thank you Aquarius for yet another enjoyable PT report!

8th is a good result for Trofimov based on his performance so far this year. Reichenbach also finishing nicely in the 20s. Overall a good race for us. Thank you for the report!

Not a spectacular race but a good report nonetheless! 28th place for Chernetskiy is alright I guess.

As I'm unsure as to what the current hold-up is, I'll be asking:
Is there anything I (we) can help with, to help the game roll? What are we waiting for at the moment, and can we somehow assist with that?

I'm the reporter of Fleche (and Liege) but in the calendar before FV, there are 3-4 other races that were reported by tsmoha, but he hasn't logged in for almost a week, so that's why we have a hold-up right now.
Not related with the current hold-up, but if anyone has time to do previews of some races, it would help me a lot, as honestly, i rather use that time for do more reports than do the previews

Actually we are also missing the report of 3rd stage from Etoile de Besseges, dating back to feb, due to the fact that SN havent been online for quite some time, logically also making any update to PCT and CT ranks impossiable.
Losing two such important contributer a the same time is very

Alright. How about Roturn. Is he still around?
I can help with some previews, but it doesn't seem like that is the problem. Maybe we could push the season through the upholding races, to take them on later on. We had one of those in the PT: Strade Bianche, but other races weren't shut because of it. Maybe we can consider doing something similar here to avoid the entire season being delayed.
I'll be happy to help in any way possible - although I can't help with reporting races. I have calculated points before, and could help with some updates, although I haven't done one of those posts before.
If you, Roturn, is around atm, please respond to the above. I guess you are the highest authority to make a decision. But IMO there's not reason why the season should be on hold if the "only reason" is, that some races are not presented in the correct order.

I think site activity in general is down a bit, but this is quite a problem indeed. We had similar issues with SN a few years ago and that almost meant the end of the MG. I'm afraid I can't do much to help myself, except thanking everyone who is involved in the MG for the excellent work they're doing. But I fear that too much reporting is being done by too few people at the moment.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Is there a reason why the reports isn't posted WAAAAY ahead in some sort of race-report-bank on a close subforum? It would help with these sort of things, as it was always visable where in the season the reporters were so they could help out eachother the best possible.
I'm unsure as to if it's possible to help midway in a GC race, but it would atleast give some clearance as to how much work was needed. Also would solve the issue of 1 stage lacking if the race was indeed reported but the reporter just didn't have any online-time to actually post the race/stage.
Of course the reporters would then have the possibility to stay ahead of the action, but I trust the reporters to not give anything away even if they are so curious that they go to read a report. Maybe each reporter could get a closed subforum where they post reports, and then 2 key members (SN and Roturn f.e.) could have access to all of those, so that reports could be posted if the person behind the report was ill, away on vacation etc.

Yes, I am still around. Just pretty busy right now and with SN the same case, it`s difficult to get things rolling right now.
Surely there will be times without that much things to do. going to try to "organize" as much as possible in next days/weeks. |
