Gratz to whitejersey! Laizer loosing time today was not the best way to start the tour, so I guess it can only get better now

1 out of 4 of my GC contenders are gone, but I hope that it remains that way. This race is one of the last chances for us to score some big points on the run in of the season. Expecting one podium at least and two other top 10s in the TT - with us avoiding the chaos in the later stages!
Unlucky to Eddie Stobart, could have knicked the first stage but in the end it wasnt to be

Oh and of course Jams is legendary now after he lost all that time and Clarke crashed today... this does not look good at all

Not the best outcome for us on Stage 2. Kreder still holding on to the Points jersey is good. Per moving up in the U25s is also satisfying. We need a superb TT from Grabovski. Some minor success from Van Emden would also be welcome. It will be hard to overcome the deficit to the current GC toppers though!
Bad luck to Jandal with the crash but you got a third place out of it anyway
Thanks for the report!

Wow, unexpected huge time gap for Monfort and Taborre.
Interesting if the ITT specialists can close that tomorrow.

Haha, this guy. If I sent him to cobbles classics he'd still overperform.
I would be hyped, but earlier final stage setbacks have made me a bit wary. I'll wait for the TT results to start dreaming of our first non-stage win. thanks YJ |

YES Grabovski! Best TT ride of the season and the perfect time to produce it! Van Emden with a solid ride as well.
However, Reddit are making huge strides in the promotion race! cycleYorkshire not bad themselves. We should have brought Van Zandbeek here...
Thanks for the great report tsmoha

I saw that Jams finished within two minutes and was hopeful of anoter successful break... just kidding he lost random time on stage 1 and our promo rivals occupy four of the top five spots on GC this isn't a disaster at all.

Banana time
What a final month. From 0 victories between February and July to a potential GC win. Now we have to make sure there will be no more breakaways. Fingers crossed! |

GC Top15 for Kneisky it seems. Not good enough, but he hasn't out-perform his stats in any TT this year
This is starting to get ridicolously (or however it's spelled) worrying about Reddit
Actually i said in the thread of pre-October rankings that Reddit would finish in the Top5

Hofer with another typical Hofer performance, I'm not even surprised anymore, I probably should have brought Zoidl, he seems to always outperform Hofer in TT's despite having a lower TT stat, but that would have meant him missing another race and probably would still have only been a top 10 at best if not only improving from 18th to a top 15.
Back to the sprints now where hopefully Salleh can move up the points standings and keep Haller behind him in that competition.

Gratz Vien once again!
while some TT specialists like Stannard, Mottin or Robert are out of any GC ambitiouns and just fighting for the stage-win today.
You meant Laizer, almost gave me a damn heart attack
Mottin had been rather inconsistent during the season so I'm satisfied with 7th in GC as long as it stays like that, thinking in the back of my head that it could have been 5th tho.. Laizer rode well I don't understand why he lost so many minutes on both stages so far, and Kireva rode to expectations, inside the Top25 so he'll score.

Absolutely awful race by us so far. Reus with a top 13 is just not good enough at all. Haller has also not been good enough either. Taking over that first place in the standings is looking like a pipe dream rn, hopefully we can do better.
Congrats to Vien BTW! |

Race has been a disappointment so far, but with the break away from day 2 giving up two places on the podium already its not surprise we are 4th. Two in the top 10 is ok, but when Reddit have two on the podium, then its just not good enough...
Lets try and bag a stage win in the last two stages please though!
