This is truly an amazing preview.
15th, I would be pleased with, since it's our goal.
You're basically right about everything in my team. Tony will get super special treatment and Benoot sucks.
About the loaning out. I was trying, but I didn't find people, who would want to loan them in, without leaving me to pay the wage, leaving me with not enough riders, if I would've done it. 
"Mercenary squad" sounds cool tho.

Especially Telia is really interesting. If they managed to completely split Nizzolo from Sonnery in planning (don't ruin your sprint train!) then I can see them even higher!

Indeed Telia rose every time I looked at their squad and compared it to those above. I stopped short of making them blue but they even could do that and fight for promotion.

Honestly, I don’t know why I haven’t had that tactical quote framed.
In all seriousness, I really do fancy our chances this season. You seemed to say everything nice you could say without placing us higher up.
Also, I thought Magnusson was our best rider last season, but agree to disagree and all that.

Great review on my team, although I'm pretty sure Meyer will be a much higher point scorer than Anacona with his TT and PRL stat. But only time will tell

Anacona may not be the best pick but was my initial thought. But I do see Meyer being up there, a very nice rider.

Going to be very interesting to see when he gets to Azteca, it isn't a surprise to be in the top group of teams, but will be interesting since we have essentially no sprinting or TT capability and only limited in Cobbles. The points will be in the vertical terrain for us.

Fantastic in-depth analysis once again Jandal!
You've pointed out our weaknesses perfectly I think. The probability of the Bardet-Battaglin and Wyss-Costa pairs tripping over each other is a real possibility and one I believe will eventually cost us a couple of places in the standings. That will put our direct promotion chances under threat and I can definitely see Xero going past us in the final standings. Even without the above mentioned problems, Xero have my vote of getting direct promotion.
Drucker is a favourite of mine too, but if he's our top scorer, and cobbles has the lowest number of racedays (along with TTs), then are we really promotion candidates? While our flats are good, neither our sprinters nor TT guys are close to being the best in the division, so it'll be challenge scoring high there. We might have better luck if riders like Per, Timmer, Van Emden and Leezer decide to try going into the breaks, but again, they will be scrapping for the lower points in that case.
Only the top 4 left now and I think it is an unanimous thought as to who they'll be from everyone keeping an eye on the CT. Waiting to find out the order in which you put them

Still, we all love Rowe grabbing his one win a year right? I sure do! 
I'd love to fight for promotion this season yes, but I think a top 10 is a more realistic goal, I see too many good relegating teams and some of the newbies have formed something that has to be admired.

It's definitely coming! Busy irl right now but I am slowly making progress with the final four and a bit of reflection
