Statoil Pro Cycling Annonces Squad After a rather busy and allmost horrible transfer and FA period for the team. We managed to pick up a great mix of veterans and youngsters. The team was very happy with the addition of the talented Eiking, who we hope can be a man for the future. | Bookwalter | Brent | | Taborre | Fabio | | Park | Sung Baek | | Sørtveit | Sondre | | Landa | Andreas | | Løvik | Åsmund Romstad | | Ratto | Daniele | | Fisher | Steve | | Jacobsen | Tormod | | Fløtten | Audun Brekke | | Hagen | Krister | | Eiking | Odd Christian | | Nordhaug | Lars Petter | | Daniel | Gregory | | Schleck | Jordan | LOAN | | Skaarseth | Anders | | Schomber | Nils | LOAN | | Katrasnik | Gasper | | Vermeulen | Alexey | | Quispe | Alain |

Some nice talent there, old an new! Nice to see a new Scandinavian team starting out of course.
Have fun with Andreas Landa! He was a fine mountain domestique for Garby last year, but just wanted too much compensation to stick around. Hopefully he'll keep up the success in CT.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

Our first race is over, and we managed to show off our colors on several stages. We expected more from Fabio Taborre, but all in all, we are pleased with our virgin race. What is the most positive thing to take away from this tour, is our ability to get into the breakaway. On the easier stages... Hopefully we can get more in the future. Like Steve Fishers top 10 on stage 1.

Tough race for you. Getting into breaks is important if you don't have high quality leaders so you have that working for you at least ...
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Your flat squad can really do something in the Great Ocean Road Race, I'm looking forward to your race there!

I wish you luck in Great Ocean and Barcelona with your flat attackers. It's the same strategy that i have for those races, so hopefully our riders can work together to avoid a mass sprint

Horrible. The only word that can describe what we managed to do in this race. Sending allmost the entire flat/sprint squad, we walk away from this with 0 points. Park comes in at 151, which is only 150 places behind where we hoped he would finish... 35 | Alain Quispe | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 81 | Daniele Ratto | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 92 | Audun Brekke FlOtten | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 151 | Sung Baek Park | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 161 | Anders Skaarseth | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 166 | Lars Petter Nordhaug | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 180 | Alexey Vermeulen | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 185 | Jordan Schleck | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. |

Another chance to score points, although a weaker chance compared to the Ocean Classics. We managed to show our colors in the break with Skaarseth, which we do like, however, not trying something in the end of the race is what we are mostly not pleased with. 32 | Gasper Katrasnik | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 44 | Steve Fisher | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 47 | Fabio Taborre | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 50 | asmund Romstad LOvik | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 69 | Gregory Daniel | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 107 | Jordan Schleck | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 124 | Anders Skaarseth | Statoil Pro Cycling | s.t. | 135 | Nils Schomber | Statoil Pro Cycling | + 6'25 |
