I hope Salleh can take the next stage to get a day in the Jersey.
It would be great to get a home rider in it for a day and it's the only realistic chance we've got to do so as we haven't got any Malaysians that could get it either in stage 3 or after. Still I don't expect it to happen but it would be nice to see and I hope he gives it a really good attempt.

Really happy to start of this race with a stage win. Finally Steensend has shown me something! And I'm glad, because this was almost his sole reason for being here. Hopefully he can hold the jersey a few stages until the mountains. Nice ride by Razzie too for 7th, and Lundberg not losing tons. Great day for the team overall.

Unexpected podium- but one which I will take to the bank.

You know what this calls for...
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Urgh! Krieger nowhere near again in a sprint... Disappointing to say the least.
Congrats DTB and Stauff for the win, and thanks selwink for the report

Well it's sad to lose the jersey, but we were going to lose it tomorrow anyway. A pretty nice stage anyway, with Boonen showing signs of life for the first time this year.

What a start for KMM, really happy Stauff's gamble - but can you talk about a gamble when a rider is that good? - is turning out so well.

Have I inadvertently created a copyright infringement with my team name
Great team performance finished off by Stauff to get our first leaders jersey.
Now the team has to defend, I hope Hacecky remembers his top 5 goal here and stays protected.
Good job the Commissaires didn't punish Tatarinov's interference.

Absolutely ludicrous performing for Die Mensch-Maschine lately, the amount of points they may be getting out of this is impressive.

Opened the report expecting disappointment and regret that I didn't sign a better climber, but nope!
Nabil Baz, yet again you prove me wrong! Missed the initial attacks but rode fantastically to take 3rd on the stage and go 1" off a GC podium! This could be a good race for us.
Congrats DTB again on the win, and thanks selwink for the report

Judging by how much time he lost I think Kung got injured in that fall which is disappointing as he had the right idea to go for the attack there and was looking strong beforehand.
If he's not injured then he has to either go super early on the other mountain stage or just try and get the stage win or KOM jersey instead.
At least we can now claim to be a home team with a home leader on the GC aswell as a Home contender for the sprints now Mat Senan looks to be our best GC option.

Jim did fairly well there.
Great result for Kraftwerk.
