Correct. However, if you want to have secondary nations for your dev team, just add them to your main team.

Well I think it looks worse to have all teams 3 letters and one only 2. #VW should work, though. |

Euskadi: Main is Basque, secondary is ESP, NZL, AUS and COL (I'm a prick I know) so I don't think it's hanged, if this is different change to this way.
