I like the current system it seemed to work well this past season. I vote we keep it the same for 2016.

Keep it the same for me. It worked well and there were no issues (that I can remember) where the bonuses caused any problems with a GC result

20-12-8 for all for me, but I think most managers are for same method as this season which is also ok.
