Why the hell didn't Richeze sprint? Don't be lazy, B World Champ. Or you'll never be A World Champ.
Straighten up and win the next stage. Just do it!
Cheers for the report |

Thanks guys! We needed the best possible start here to achieve a decent finish overall, and I don't think it could have started better. Kruopis has a knack for winning the first couple of stages of a race for whatever reason, plus we've pretty much got the best sprint team here we can field (that are mostly also decent on hills), so it's no surprise to me with this finish. However I'm ecstatic! Needed that after the Klasika.
On to the flatter finishes I think we can expect the faster sprinters to come to the fore. Let's hope we can stay consistent though.
Thanks for the report TMM!

We actually built a sprint train
Second and third is more than I could have expected, now Bole just has to win the next stage

Varhanik in the break! My stagierres are actually doing something
Hopefully Stachowiak targets stages more than mountains though...
And that's one of the first times Sobota didn't sprint, so I can't be too disappointed.
Thanks for the report TMM

Uh well Corioni tried so that's alright. I hope for more in the coming stages. At least for now we are Top 10 region and no one lost any time.

29th in stage 1 isn't where we need to be. Giacoppo should do better in stage 2!

Hmm, Indosat with a good start. Congrats!
Matthews 5th is, well, okay I guess, considering the steep final on that stage. Hopefully he will prove his worth when we reach the easier stages. |

Our sprinters even more worthless than on the previous stage. How on earth can Kuznetsov and Iglinski get dropped while Avetisyan hangs on?!
The good news is Velits and Barta, our two best time trialists, survived. Hopefully either of the two can bring me a good GC to make this race not entirely worthless.

Yes! I couldn't be happier about the outcome, this is by far the stage I was worried about the most for our GC win chances, but everything turned out well, with Boaro even snatching a great 5th place. Kruopis though 40" seconds on our riders starts to be a bit too much for my liking, I'm really worried now
Congrats Eden!

Kruopis might grab the overall victory that way! Dominating stuff.
Wesley fu***ing Sulzberger though! Always nice to see him doing well and someone (aka me) needs to celebrate his performances When will Matthews strike though?

Being 2nd and 5th with about 1km to go, it's quite devastating to leave from this stage with a 14th and 18th
At least Hung took a solid lead in the KoM-contest, that's something.
Kruopis will be a tough nut to crack if he continues like this. |

This is why, in my opinion, Kruopis is the best all round sprinter in the CT - and was also an absolute steal in transfers. I'd be surprised if he didn't win it from here, but the TT could change everything. |

It needs to be better. End of discussion.
Happy to see an improvement, but by this rate we'll never win a stage here. Richeze needs to up his game. |

Langeveld in beastmode and Tennant seems to have some nice legs on his own. I'd say everything is going to be plan but looking at Kuopis that's really not the case.
