Bouhanni not taking the right wheel at all there failing to get in the Top 10.
Disappointing start but leaves room to improve.

This is a race where the team has more to lose than to gain, Fiedler is in theory the main favorite but this year we have seen that it is difficult to move from theory to the practice. Yet whatever is below top 3 will be a disappointment.
The first stage does not went bad, Kupfernagel once again be in the fight for victory and confirm a terrific year for him

Acceptable. The leadout was perfect, which is great to see but also it means second place isn't worth cheering about that much.
Consistency is key for green though, so if we stick to that good sprint preparation, we have a shot.

Nice to join the break. Guillen nowhere as expected. Any points here would be good

As expected, nothing in it for us on these flat stages.

Decent stage, but really a 4th place finish doesn't mean anything in terms of the GC with a TT coming up. Hope Impey can grab some bonuses on the coming stages. |

60th on stage 2, quite an improvement! Just not good enough... And then to think he had such an amazing Giro
Vaitkus is doing decently at leading out nobody!

If your leadout finishes just one position behind you, the team did something wrong.

When Rowe doesnt sprint, you know you're in trouble, need to improve on 13th as the best result

20th. Quite disappointing when being listed in the trains.
Hope for some better. |

Nelson is at the right end of things, just needs to get things a bit more correct to make areal impact. Julian in the break which is a great bonus and i want to see him out front a few mores times this race.

Just what we needed, some bonus seconds to give a gap to the time-triallists. Now, stage 3 should be perfect for Impey with the uphill finish. I hope he can take advantage.
Congrats to SN on the win. |

Decent first stage. Boonen with a good wheel bit goes too early and suffers from that.
Stage two was just horrible. Boonen extremely blocked so can't really show anything.
Tomorrow, I want some major improvements!
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

10th & 10th by Ahlstrand, was hoping he could be consistent around top 5 but obviously not. |

A win for Van Heerden, incredible! Finally the lead out worked, and did not destroy them, and he delivers an awesome sprint.
First good result for Eritel in ages!
Did you save the replay danny? It would be nice to have a better shot of Van Heerden at the finish line, actually focusing on him.

Well AMEX-Navigon's sprinters see to be on a holiday. Nizzolo can not even break the top 60. Thank heaven Luke Keough way in the stage #1 break and picked up some bonus seconds.
I do not think Nizzolo is this bad, but he must not be in top form and it hurts, we needed him up pushing for points not languishing in the middle of the peleton.
This has to get better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
