Minor Sponsors have been updated, as well as the focus countries of the main sponsors by adding regions.
For the minor sponsors the countries won't be worried about as focuses, so we won't be signing Italian riders.

Hello, here I am again with the presentation of 2015 shirt of Team Netia - Norske Skog. The main colours of the shirt we used are blue and green cause this are the main colours of the major sponsors. As design we used a design from another reality (read: It's based on Saxo - Tinkoff 2012). We hope the team loves the design and we wish them the very best. If you need NC's please contact me here:

Welcome, and cool jersey by krisa for your new adventure. After reading the first post with the long list of sub-sponsors I was wondering if we would have one of this classic small Belgium style team jerseys on our hands with every shop in the village represented on the jersey, logos and names everywhere, but not to be .

Norwegians you say?
Looking a lot forward to watch this team and how it progresses due to Norske Skog being a sponsor, never wrong with another half Norwegian team, really hope you will be able to reach your goals.
Good luck! |

Thanks a lot for the support guys! I can't say how happy I am with krisa's work. Again, thanks a lot krisa.
@knockout
Yeah, I won't be signing more than 1 or 2 riders from there though, my main intention was to give myself a reason to race in the Baltic coutnries.
@tastasol and ember
Hopefully I'll be able to get the amount of Norweigans, I'm planning to go about 60-80% Eastern European (with 40-60% of that Polish) and the rest Scandinavian, mostly, if not completely Norwegian. So hopefully we don't have a problem in transfers.
@Scorchio
I figured it would be more realistic to have lots of minor sponsors as most real teams do, just not have all of them on the jersey. For example, it makes sense for a CT team to have an agreement with a helmet sponsor, where they get supplied with helmets for free or at a discount (as long as they wear them at every race) and they would be listed as a sponsor, but not actually be on the jersey or in the name, because they aren't paying the team or anything. Still, it sound pretty cool to have one of those jerseys but not as good as this.

The way the CT calendar works in the MG that will not be needed as the band system does not allows you to only race inside a strict county focus.

Oh, ok, still, I can pick a band with a Baltic race, over a band with For example, a Spanish race. Still, it's a little bit annoying for my plans, but It won't really matter.

It's good you have this sense of role playing but at the end the best move is to pick the races that suit better your riders.
You can make some excepcions with C2 races (races not inside a band) but picking a band for only one race that could not adequated to your riders is a bad decision (points wise)

Yeah, I guess I'll see where I'm at when we get there, is the team calendar decided after transfers?

You will chose some before (might be only goals for CT? Or are there C2HC blocks aswell?) but most after. Goals will be chosen before,'. Every year there are teams chosing goals because of riders they plan to get and then end up with riders unable to complete the goals

https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....d_id=33183 was the order how things were conducted last pre-season, suspect it will be very similar this year.

Incase you missed what Knockout was hinting at, you shouldnt be taking sponsors that are already used by other teams
Btw, its not guaranteed that there will be any Baltic races for you to ride! Baltic Chain Tour is HC so probably out of reach, and that was the only Baltic race last year

Oh. Ok, sorry about that with the sponsors. and. I guess I'll go and look through some race stuff from last season, because I'm making quite a few mistakes.

From my side I'm fully okay with it as long as it is only a minor sponsor. How could I even complain when I still have Puma as clothing sponsor

As we near the 2015 season, we have decided to announce the team goals for next season, we have decided to choose goals that should be somewhat achievable, as that will be best for the teams development, rather than choosing very hard goals for an early monetary gain. Here are our five goals:
/// Top 10 CT Team Standings
Win Tour de Polonge
Top 5 Scandinavia Open Road Race
Top 5 Zuri Metzgete
Top 5 Hanko Classic or tour de Slovenie
It may come as a surprise, but the team will be looking for hilly riders in the transfer season, even though we likely will not be able to sign Kwiatkowski, there are still some strong riders for the hills that we can sign.
The teams will have our primary goal in Poland, where a win will mean a lot for Netia, in the Scandinavia Open Road Race, we will take on another hilly course with a top 5 goal, this time for Norske Skog's interest, looking at our two picked hilly races, it came naturally to choose some more hilly courses, the season closing Zuti Metzgete in Switzerland was our first choice, with many hills there and finally, we couldn't decide between the Hanko Classic or the tour de Slovenie, which we will base on wether or not we can sign a strong sprinter, as the tour de Slovenie is one for more hilly riders, which we will have as our top priority.
Our other goal is to top 10 in the CT standings, which should be achievable with some good luck and a good season.
Thanks,
|

We have two goals in common and it's gonna be interesting to see who gets the strongest riders. Sadly our focus also is the hills, but Slovenia is known for their sprinters mostly, so I guess that's the only place we don't have to fight much
